This is the second time we've used the makeup service at this MAC location. Both times, we were very happy with the results. I have loved MAC products for many years and am happy to have found a location that does great makeup applications. Angel took care of us today and had excellent customer service.

Great experience at Mac in Wellington mall. Shira made our experience memorable and made us feel extremely comfortable due to having limited knowledge about certain products. She educated us all products and made us laugh while doing so! Such a fun time, will definitely be back.

Shira was very nice and joyful while helping me pick out my new makeup products. She was patient and professional while other customers were complaining about things that weren’t under her control (short staffed). Definitely recommend!

Called.To ask about a product to purchase and they did not know which store had it!!!! Macy's is overrated and overpriced. If you have money to throw away, go to this store!

Great variety, overpriced because must items came from China or India , I went to pay for some merchandise. The cashier offer me an application for Macy's card , and I refuse , from there the guy was very quiet , maybe angry we said thank you a couple of times and he answer thru his mask with a sound like a uhu no once but twice , don't meet the minimum courtesy to answer to a polite and sincere thank you.Was at the polo section.

Macys always has the best sales and some of the best hard working employees. Their return window has gotten smaller so check carefully before purchasing last act items.

This is the only place around that still has my PortMarion botanical garden dishes and glasses. It's also the place that has Waterford gifts reduced 30% and I can't find better prices anywhere. Sales help is very helpful and if they don't have it I can order it. Working from the registry is also very easy, gifts are complimentary wrapped and shipped.

I needed a 'wardrobe update' and went shopping at Macy's. I've been a Macy's fan for over 45 years and enjoyed my many diverse purchases from them. I went online to see what kind of selection they had in mens' suits & sport coats, and dress slacks. The variety, manufacturers, styles, fabrics, sizes, etc. were quite impressive. However, I had no idea what size jacket I wore anymore, but my pants were 32" x 30" (I've lost a total of 132 lbs. over the past 3-years). So instead of completing my online order I drove to my nearest Macy's in the Wellington Mall. I was very disappointed that the store didn't carry any of the suits & sport coats, or dress slacks I was interested in (the trip wasn't a total loss, as I did find out I wore a 42 Regular jacket). Returning home I placed my order. Four days later my clothes arrived. They were put into plastic bags before they were boxed, resulting in no wrinkles! I just returned from having some minor alterations done (jacket sleeves shortened) and must say they look fantastic! Now... if I only had someplace to wear them.

I liked this Macy's a lot and I had a great experience. I decided to go to Wellington because the crime rate is at an all time high at the Town Center Mall in Boca Raton, per a friend who is a Boca police officer. Anyway, this store is nicely organized and I found it to be clean. I didn't use the ladies room or the fitting room so I can't comment on those areas. It was difficult finding an associate to help me as they appeared to be short staffed, like the rest of the world is these days. However, once I found someone, she was a great help, which I appreciated. The Lancome counter was busy but the lady behind the counter was very nice, frantically busy but still friendly & helpful. I don't enjoy shopping but I do love getting new makeup! I parked in the Macy's parking lot & when I got into the store, I was on the second floor which I was happy about. Bath and Body Works is also on the 2nd floor of the mall & that store will always make me happy. Macy's is a great place to buy nice items at an affordable price & they usually have pretty good sales too.

Jessica on register today Saturday, 4/30/22 by the west entrance was very rude when not only speaking to me but other customers as well. You would've thought we were bothering her when she was in the middle of Black Friday. If you're going to have an attitude or don't enjoy your job then maybe it's time to get a new one. She also kept chiming in rudely to other customers' transactions with the other cashier.

Today, I was shopping for a steeples braw, I had no help…. The associate said she need to open up the register, than she disappears ! I was wondering around then left the store. I use to work for Macys in Florence, Ky…..this would have been a disester and fireing on spot!

Wow Macys has sure gone way down hill. I went to buy some small appliances and nothing has prices on it. When I asked the salesperson for a price i was told I had to take the item off the shelf and scan it myself. Really?? I then asked another salesperson to scan the item from the shelf and she advised they are not given any scanners. Then she and I pulled an air fryer/toaster oven off the top shelf. why doesnt Macys have prices posted? Why arent their sales people provided scanners? I would have walked out if it wasnt for that one sales person. MACYS GET IT TOGETHER!!!!

This Macy's is located in the Wellington green mall. It blasts cold AC and is very clean. They have a large selection of kids clothing and adult clothing. The often have sales that give you major discounts. I often buy my daughters their shoes here as well.

Macys at Wellington green mall, fitting room in the dress department. Absolutely disgusting. Very dirty, and dusty. Obviously no cleaning precautions being taken during pandemic. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.
