Went to return some sports shorts that I bought for my daughter but she didn’t like them because they were not lulu lemon at around 5:30pm today . A woman at returns, with gray hair approached me and said first of all you can’t take the tags off of clothes (with elevated voice) like if I’m deaf or something. I told her that’s fine keep them I don’t want them and left. How rude! Train your employees to not be demeaning to their customers. I did not know removing the tags was prohibited they should tell you that when you purchase your items because children tend to remove the tags and then later tell their parents they don’t want the clothing. I brought the tags with me and left them with the shorts.
