Best Buy continues to disappoint me. I quit buying from them seven years ago because of how they handle their transactions. However, I needed a quick purchase of a laptop with overnight delivery. I ordered the product online, choosing overnight delivery, and paid for it. That evening I got a text from a Best Buy in Orlando Florida saying that it would ship the next day. That was clearly unacceptable. Since they were not able to deliver the product the next day as promised, they breached my purchase agreement. If the Wellington Florida store did not have sufficient inventory to deliver the product the next day they should not have taken my online order. After placing numerous calls to the store, trying to get through their telephone computer system. I reached someone who said they could not cancel the order. That is outrageous customer service. My advice: don't do business with Best Buy Wellington, Florida. They care only about themselves not their customers.

BEST BUY WELLINGTON WITH THE WORTH customer and manager service ever.Ken Vixamar/supervisor was not helpful, understanding or capable to resolve the issue of a simple wrong cable sold for a product an d make it right to a customer.These employee (Dan, thank you) do not have enough empowerment to assist customers waiting like hour to try to help when they have the knowledge of their products and than you have people like Ken that don't have their back to do good.This store is a disaster with clowns running it. Will return what I bought and glad to go spend my money somewhere else FYI cheaper online and don't have to be aggravated by clowns like them. Good luck your store is officially a circus

Maybe I went at the wrong time, a Fri eve., but there was very little help on the floor. I was told to go the person at the front door to put my name on a list for a sales associate. There was nobody there either. I waited and waited. Finally, I saw someone else and asked of there was someone to speak to about putting my name on a list. He said, he would take my info and to go back and wait. Nobody comes. Then I see someone from the Geek Squad and I asked if he knew where the sales associate might be. Finally, a young guy comes to help. He looks tired and doesn't know anything about the products on the floor. I ended up buying the product anyway, based on the ratings. I usually go to Boynton and have had much better service. Maybe today was a fluke.

I went to return an unopened item and had the receipt. I was told I only had 15 days to return the item and it had been 30 days so they could not take the return and could not issue a store credit unless I joined a membership that cost 49.99 and the return was for 59.99. Not a good policy in my opinion!!! I don't recommend this place to anyone

Not only did they make me buy a radio that they couldn't figure out how to connect which took 2 weeks to arrive. They messed with my stick shift broke it and left me on my way. Please go anywhere else!

We bought a TV that ended up deffected, we brought it back to the store for it to be checked. After GEEK SQUAD inspected. They decided to refund us the money we paid for that TV with a gift card for the amount we have paid. But, to our fustration they have given us a gift card with 0 dollars that we find out when we came back to the store days later to purchase an item . The excuse they gave us is that the cashier didn'd register any transaction when he gave us the card and to our surprise they couldn't find in the computer any information of us getting the refund.

Everyone speaks with "forked tong." Promise the world then deliver damage and destruction. Delivered new big screen Samsung for installation. While performing the install they drilled through the power supply to a twin double plug electrical box. Left a mess and could not get out fast enough. Repeated calls to management went unanswered. Emails also went unanswered. There are other vendors and all must be better than these buffoons.Robert A.

Before I come here I check Costco. They sometimes offer crazy sales. Got a new HP Laptop from there for half the price. But When Costco is dry with the sales, You will find me here. They have good prcies and service much better than Costco.

The last two times I'm even to the Wellington store I've had the most unpleasant service experiences. I was there to drop-off/donate electronics, and the made me wait in line for more than 20 minutes. The second time I went to bring in a product to repair/exchange under the expensive protection plan that was purchased for it. I waited about 45 minutes to be attended, then the said they need to take the product to send it out for service, and in the meantime I out without the product. What they should have done is what they told me when the sold me the protection plan, replace the product. They can fix the product on their own time and then sells it as refurbished.

So we purchase a TV from Best Buy along with other stuff before thanksgiving. The tv install should have been 11/26, the appointment was canceled with no call or an email sent and no reason for the cancellation. New appointment 12/7 and was also canceled for NO DAMN REASON GIVEN!!!!! Wtf geek squad fix your scheduling. Waiting on appointment........... . .

I just picked up my tv I ordered online. Jose doing the cashier position was so helpful. I haven't had customer service that was so above and beyond in a long time. Best Best Buy location hands down and thanks for making the online process so easy.

I purchased a tv online from the Wellington location. The condition was not excellent like the description and I drove 50 miles to get it when I have another one just 5 miles from my house with the same tv at a lower price but the condition wasn't as good. They were not accommodating to me. Had to go to the best buy in Jenson beach to be taken care of. The tv was missing parts and no one wanted to help me and I was told to call customer service to resolve my issues since I purchased the tv online. Very dissatisfied with that location.

Horrible customer service. All have attitudes. No help. Scammers. Liars. Bought a computer it wasn't working in 6 days, they didn't want to do much about it because it was the software not the actually computer. They hang up in you ( no I wasn't being rude ) they take forever. In store no one where to help. Poor kids working for this horrible company probably making them go crazy.

If i could give 0 stars i would.. Absolutely horrible. Went to buy 2 new iPhone. Put my name in at door and sat in chair. Watched as the 3 salespeople waited and finished with their customer 1 went into office by front door on her phone guy disappeared and last girl finished and started moving tvs around. As all by myself sat there with no help. Go back to door and speak to guy said they are waiting on ppl. no they r not. I left unbelievable. I will never go to the wellington store again.
