I visited Massage Envy Wellington yesterday with my boyfriend because we were gifted two one hour massage gift cards. After the massage when we were paying, we were told the gift cards had $0 balance. The receipt for the cards was provided (his mom purchased them at the Vero Beach location). Front desk let his manager know, and at first told us to leave “It’s fine”. Then told us to wait he will check with the manager again who was in her office. The response was she can bill our card and reimburse us “if” the situation is resolved. We said no, we will wait until she gets off the phone and figures it out. The manager then came out and said the same thing, sorry she cannot do anything it is Vero Beach’s problem. We were being brushed off. We were told she cannot get in touch with their manager or owner, therefore she needs to get paid for the services. Understanding these are franchise locations, the communication and systems between locations seem very poor. Only because we said we were not going to be billed for this a number of times, did the persistence continue to resolve our issue. After waiting 45 minutes we were told they now resolved the issue with Vero and they were sorry. Beyond this “mishap” by Massage Envy as a whole, services were mediocre at best. This was just a sure reminder that I will keep my membership with Hand and Stone.

I purchased 2 gift cards at the Vero beach location for my son and his girlfriend.I paid 250 for these cards, I specifically asked if they could be used at other locations and I was told they could. I gave him the 2 cards and the receipt.They went today for their massage. After the massage they were told the gift cards were no good. They called vero beach and I also called vero beach. Of course I was furious and wasn't very nice to the woman there. I did apologize to her.Bottom line the person in Wellington was not typing In The gift card code correctly.This was embarrassing for them. They were bot allowed to leave The clerk kept asking them to pay againThis is totally unexceptable to be treated that way.Massages are supposed to be relaxing not stressful.I was told the owner was going to call me... never heard from her.Not surprisedUPDATEI was told by the owner in Vero that the person at the desk in Wellington was not typing I the numbers correctly.

This location keeps getting better. Kelle is a great masseuse and love Jamelas facials. Always had little snacks and lemon water available while you wait but now they have a quiet lounge nicely designed by Tino. Really adds to the atmosphere. Front desk staffers always friendly.

As a service provider myself, I value my self care days and always encourage my clients to do the same. Today, I had dual services with Larissa and Diana and their contribution to my self care Sunday was amazing.Larissa-I loved that you asked for permission before providing what I needed. The stretching techniques used really helped my low body pain & tension and am feeling much better.Diana-Your patience, knowledge, and delicate touch was very soothing.Thank you ladies!

I called spoke to Jamie trying to schedule a massage I also wanted to inquire about a general billing question she kept saying that there not my home store and she couldn’t be of any help but never heard me saying that o wanted to get some services done and again she wasnt inviting or didmt had any empthay for me during the call. this wasnt a good customer service experience regardless of where my Home store is located she could of been a little more patience and sympathized with the situation. Not very professional Masage Eveny do better with customer service will take you long way

Went in for a prenatal massage and the massage was just ok. The bed was broken and wouldn’t stay upright. Being that I’m 7 months pregnant, I can’t lay down flat without feeling sick. So every couple of minutes I’d have to sit up and the bed would have to be adjusted because the bed would fall down flat after 5 minutes. Not very relaxing. I think I might be in more pain than when I started from sitting up. The room may have been 60 degrees. I was shivering with the blankets wrapped around me as much as possible. I think I’ll take my chances and hope my husband will just give me the occasional massage.

Carlos was truly one of the best masseurs I have had in a long time. He listened to what my pain points were, did research on how best to help me and periodically checked to make sure I was fine and addressing my pain area. Truly an excellent young man dedicated to his trade, but the whole staff was like that. When I arrived they welcoming, friendly, and answered all my questions. One of the best Massage Envy in the area.

I've been hesitant to write this review because then the secret would get out...this Massage Envy is AMAZING. The front desk staff is always welcoming and friendly. The manager is professional yet approachable. You can tell the staff enjoys what they do. I've been to ME's all over the US and this one, by far, is the best!
