They gave bad information so I had to pay more the following month. When I wanted to talk to the manager she told me that she was too busy to serve a client. It's like talking to a camel.

I just purchased a new TCL cell phone and I wanted professionals to handle the switch over. They were very professional and polite and the switch over was very smooth.

I've been on the 60$ plan for years and now since I came to pay my phone bill this lady named Ashley rang me up and next thing I knew before she finished paying my bill she was on the phone with someone and she made her way to the back room and after a bit she came back out and finished the transition. She never gave me a receipt or anything and the next thing I knew when I checked the "My metro" app they put me on a 15 plan and added multiple tablets to my account. I spent the past hour trying to get rid of them threw customer service and they told me they can't even cancel the tablets I never gotten before 2 weeks.

About 2 weeks ago I went in and fortunately spoke with the manager Ashley (only one that knows anything there), today I went in to get the phone and smart watch I had discussed with Ashley, when I got there Ashley was busy so someone else tried to help me, ? she gave me the wrong prices on the watch, the phone and even the connection charge, I said couple weeks ago it was this price, her response “Oh well maybe it went up” ? duh ? no I don’t think so, then I asked to speak with Ashley, she came out and all the prices the lady had told me were in fact incorrect. So I asked if someone else could help me, Ashley gave me to some other guy, he seemed to know what he was doing until time to pay, he couldn’t figure out the payment CC machine, then he called over the girl who first had helped me, OMG it was about 25 minutes already of pure stupidity. So I ended out leaving and went to Green Acres and poof I got a smart watch and phone with no headaches. ? you would think today you would train you’re employees before sending them out making up prices and dumb comments. I live in Wellington but will not ever go back to this location

I'd like to thank Jonas for his expertise and patience with helping me with my Metro PCS cellular account and service. His skills with technology are top notch. I recommend anyone looking for service with Metro or if existing customers go see Jonas. He's the best!

Came in and Ashlie in the Wellington store was absolutely amazing. Took time to help. Didn't plan on ot bit walked out with IPad and accessories! Definitely will come back when ready for upgrade!

Phone doesn't power on. Can't login to online because it sends a text to your phone with a pin to login. So now you have to go to a store just to change your phone and they charged you $26 just to do so. You explain it to them and they just don't care. The company that bought out these corporate store locations needs to shutdown and give them back. Customer service is horrible! They don't care, they just want to make a sale.

Horrible service. They are nice when you buy a phone but if the phone they sold you is lemon after a few days of use they don't even try to really help you. We got different information each time we tried to get the issue resolved after too many phone calls to metro we have a few hundred dollar paper weight. I'm done with MetroPCS and TMobile.

THIS IS THE WORS CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER RECIEVED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!! Phone screen broke, can't get my PIN to access anything on the new phone I purchased, went to the store, they sent me away with basically, sorry can't do anything for you. Went home, called customer service, Tech suggested I drive around to different stores until somebody can help me, I asked for a supervisor, who basically told me the same thing, you need to go find a store that can help you, we can't and then HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!!!!!!! A SUPERVISOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A customer lost for sure, Not only is this a frustrating situation to begin with but hanging up with no resolution because you didn't even TRY is unprofessional and bad business.

I broke my phone Thursday night, went to Metro PCS, 10 am Friday morning and was out the door with a new phone, new case, and tempered glass screen cover with activation in less the 45 min. Thank you to the young lady who helped. I appreciate your speed and customer service!

I was having a bit of trouble and the team (most specifically a young lady named Desha), was very helpful the last couple of days. She did all she could to help me and everyone was very nice. I'd recommend anyone to this store.

I looked online to see if this was a corporate store I've been searching for a phone and I walked into this place cuz I said corporate I knew corporate was cheaper than the regular stores but boy was I wrong. Nasty employee forgot her name didn't really want to know her name proceeded to tell me this is not a corporate store. But nonetheless the phone I wanted was a whopping $249 as an existing customer for more than 15 years you call that an upgrade. When is this store/ company going to give deals to people that not done been with you through thick and thin if you want to keep customers you got to do better if not they're going to go somewhere else and the only reason I'm staying because you're cheaper but look what I'm paying to get substandard service. That's bad it's nice to make profit but it's nice to have a paying customer that refer other customers and rest assured knowing that they will be treated very well management step up your game before you have your customers go somewhere else
