“Incredibly Positive Experience:Smooth Movers absolutely came through for us! Manager answered phone while on his vacation, made several recommendations and was able to set up our moves. His staff accepted two double move days in order to accommodate our construction schedule. They were very efficient and professional, able to move our pool table and it did not need leveled afterwards! Another moving company had been scheduled but dropped us two days before our remodeling job was to start. Unashamedly this ‘baseball themed’ moving company manager dropped us for higher profit jobs. I was panicked that we would lose our contractor date that we waited on for 3 months. Smooth Movers manager Eric understood and even had set up a plan B and C with competitors in the event his staff couldn’t be scheduled. Cannot thank him enough. Costs came in under initial estimate, but I would have paid more for the peace of mind Smooth Movers provided!”

“Me being a business owner I think I could improve your wrapping techniques I see there's a lot of tape of these pictures it doesn't look right hopefully I get an opportunity to talk to the boss man over there so I can improve your wrapping technique with the rubber band Technique that I learned back in the 90's from working with the guys from the 70's & 80's. And trust me it's easier than using tape I can even probably save you about 20K a year just by using rubber bands alone. I work for allied moving for 22 years I even have my LLC under their name. Still successful today even though I'm a partially deaf and blind. Although I am handicapped I am way better than 75% of these guys down here in South Florida in Troy county area cuz we're taking so she can't get great customer service and wrong with great price. “Booked them On Thursday afternoon... They picked up on Friday early AM / Copart in West Palm Beach. Car was delivered in perfect condition the very next day at 4pm / Saturday. Driver called me at 1pm and said he would be there at 4pm. The weather was garbage (snow & ice) but they were still right on time!My grand dad hauled cars for 38yrs... “I received a new washer and dryer from Home Depot’s delivery service called Ralph’s Transfer. Unbeknownst to me, I left a load of my new work dress clothes in the dryer. The next getting ready for work, I could not locate my new clothing. I remembered I left a load in the dryer and called the delivery lead who brought my order a day earlier. He immediately got in touch with his team and stopped my old dryer from going to the junk yard and located my clothing amongst the many washer and dryers going to the junk yard.
