My recent experience at this pharmacy has been quite disappointing. Patients who require specific medications are all too familiar with the lengthy and often exasperating process of dealing with finding a new pharmacy, as well as ensuring timely processing of medication orders. In this context, the frustration becomes all too palpable. Regrettably, my situation took a turn for the worse during a conversation with Pharmacist Jennifer.Despite being initially assured of my acceptance as a new patient and witnessing the efficient processing of my prescription, I was met with an unexpected response during my interaction with Jennifer today. Her disrespectful approach, refusal to honor a prior agreement, and abrupt termination of our call when I inquired to speak with the owner Dennis were both concerning and disheartening. This was unexpected, given the positive interactions I had with all the other staff members.It is not unreasonable for patients grappling with the complexities of obtaining necessary medications to expect a level of professionalism from pharmacy staff. Jennifer's conduct, however, was far from professional. Her attitude appeared entitled and dismissive of the challenges patients often encounter. This unfortunate incident has left me feeling disheartened, especially in light of the near impossibility of finding a new pharmacy that can provide my required medication.

I was having a difficult time getting the the right prescription from my doctor. It was making me a little bit difficult to deal with. But when they saw a $200 prescription come in for antibiotics, they knew this was unreasonable, when there were alternatives, and contacted my doctor. I ended up paying $1.50. thanks for your patience and thanks for looking out for me.

This is Rogelio Duran. I came from another pharmacy and ever since felt like home. They not only k ow you by name when you walk in you fast friendly service . I come all the way from belle glade just so I don't have to deal with the rudeness and unprofessional doings of other pharmacy's. Customer for life!!

Do not recommend. Horrible customer service. Promise one thing and then don’t do it and are rude about it. Not very family friendly as they say they are.

This is a great pharmacy. Why is it great? I’ll tell ya why: cause if you need to talk to someone about your prescription, or straighten out some mess up with insurance, there’s someone to talk to - a knowledgeable pharmacist. Also, if you’re in a bind and need something right away, they always help out. They’re friendly and they care about their customers.

My Community Pharmacy filled our prescriptions when the other "traditional" pharmacies, and those attached to grocery and super stores turned into the "pharmacy police." Thanks My Community for everything you do, with terrific customer service as the "cherry on top." Keep up the great work.

I work in the same plaza as this pharmacy. I switched from Walgreens with no regrets! All of their staff is so friendly and personable. You are NOT just a refill request to them! They are all happy to help you and treat you like you matter. They value your business. 10/10 recommend!

Conducted very satisfying business at this pharmacy after following Howard Diamond when he left Walgreens and began working at this establishment.Howard was an absolute delight, however upon his leaving things went very steadily and quickly down hill. The staff was in constant turmoil, being replaced on a daily basis. Apparently it was impossible to satisfy Johnny the owner. We, my wife and I, will never do business at this pharmacy again.

I was in for the first time on Friday morning. I was in quite a bit of pain due to my knee. The gentleman, from the pharmacy, was helpful. I explained I am scheduled for a total knee replacement 9/13, but I'm really having difficulty walking and in pain until then. He picked 3 braces/knee support items for me to try on. I ended up with the most expensive one $72.99. I left, went to Sprouts and CVS. By the time I returned home my knee was throbbing and quite swollen. I removed the brace, spent the weekend icing and elevating my leg. Monday morning 10:00 am I took the brace back. The gentleman behind the counter never said a word, went to look at the braces in the front, came back and said there is a No Return sign posted. I never saw that sign. My focus was on the person assisting me and on my painful knee. I am a Senior citizen and would NEVER purchase something that couldn't be returned since I am on a limited income and don't have money to throw away, especially $72.99. There was no attempt to help me in any way. They can call themselves My Community, but they wil certainly not be a part of MY community. Ripping off elderly people, shame on you!Now, I receive a response from Johnny. Wow, your customer service skills are non existent. The customer is not always right, but the customer is always a customer.As for your reference that I am dirty and gross, shame on you. The brace was worn for 15-20 minutes total, I went back to see what resolution could be offered and I was shut down. Betting you have the ability to return items to manufacturer but you are too busy throwing stones rather than fact finding. Another reason I won't purchase anything from your establishment ever again but I will warn other people.Out of interest, wouldn't it have been better to say, we don't return so make sure this is what you want? But you didn't. Yes you took time with me, I said you were helpful, I referenced your bringing out 3 braces, but you are so busy trying to prove you are right, you haven't heard anything else. Again, your customer service skills are sorely lacking.
