I have started training at ncognito 3 times a week and have seen great results. All the trainers (CJ, Will and Phil) do a fantastic job. They are highly skilled and also give everyone personal attention and will make modifications and adjustments based on physical limitations. Isabella is an amazing massage therapist and I highly recommend getting a massage from her. The stretching at the end of every workout helps keep me injury free. I highly recommend Marcus and ncognito!

Marcus and his trainers are knowledgeable and approachable for clients of all fitness levels. The equipment is in great condition and the gym is always clean. The added benefit of having skilled massage therapists at the same location makes Ncognito a "one stop shop" for my fitness needs.

Isabella is an amazing massage therapist and I always feel much better and more relaxed after my massage! While with other therapists you have to choose what kind of massage you want and then you are stuck with it, with Isabella you get the massage your body needs, which may include deep tissue or hot stones. She is amazing!The trainers, Will and Phil are also great! It is personalized training that allows you to find your own limits and overcome them. Ask Will for one of his countdowns ?! And you will thank me later!!The gym is clean and has everything you need for a good and fun workout. The owner, Marcus, is very professional and accommodating and I can definitely recommend ncognito to anyone looking for a superb massage and personalized training that is fun and highly effective! Our family has been "massaging" at ncognito since 2019 and have always had an healing and positive experience with the massage therapists! They are skilled and professional. Collectively, our family has been working with Jade since 2022. We absolutely love her healing hands and we love her! One of the best in the business!! We have varying massage needs and individually, she meets those specific needs weekly/biweekly.Disease intervention/prevention, post work-out repair/recovery and/or relaxation, she is skilled in all those areas. I been training at ncognito 3 days a week for the last 4 months. The staff are absolutely wonderful, personable and very professional. I am so grateful that I found this gym. Unlike big commercial gyms, each person receives individual attention and workouts are adjusted if physical limits are present. CJ is an amazing, upbeat and positive trainer and I always enjoy being at ncognito once I get there. Physically, I am already feeling much stronger on a daily basis thanks to ncognito.

I was a long time client at Ncognito. Marcus’ workouts enabled me to be able to become an advanced scuba diver in my 50’s. I was also able to run three 5K races with Marcus at my side, encouraging and supporting me every step of the way while in my 60’s! I would definitely recommend Ncognito for your fitness journey!

I've been going to Ncognito off and on for several years. My family, friends and I have seen major improvements in our fitness training and have gotten great results. Marcus and his team are exceptional and they take an interest in everyone as they tailor our workout to fit our needs. Let's not forget the post workout 5minute stretch massage. All I can say is OMG best ever and the full body massage; there are no words to explain how great it is. All I can say is you will not regret. The massage therapist is professional and knows how to treat the trigger points. Well worth it. I would recommend this place 100 times.

Marcus and his team at ncognito are a pleasure to be around. He is a very knowledgable trainer, and will help you reach whatever fitness goals you have in mind. A great resource for physical therapy/rehab training, as well as high intensity circuits to fit any persons capabilities and limits. There are small group, or private client sessions available daily to fit any budget/schedule and comfortability. I had a great experience training here for multiple seasons whilst competing at WEF. Marcus was very attentive to choosing exercises geared toward stability and strength to help with my sport of choice, and I would recommend to anyone searching for a gym in this area.

The 40's snuck up on me and after going in once again for a consultation at a "big box" gym and having an impersonal experience, I began looking for the right home for my situation where I wasn't just "another client". I read the reviews for Incognito before joining and I can now tell you they are spot on. I have never been able to find the right home for my personal journey, and then I met Marcus. I have vertigo issues that have kept me out of the gym most of my life. It's embarrassing and intimidating. The personal attention I get with Marcus and his team go above and beyond. He really gets to know YOU and creates a plan tailored to your situation, not the "copy/paste" methods we've all seen out there. He is teaching me how to conquer my fears and after the first month I feel like a whole new person. My biggest lesson so far is that this is a marathon with no short cuts with each session challenging me in all the right ways. Marcus, CJ, and the rest of the team.....THANK YOU!
