I've been to this location a few times and it's been a bad experience every time. Today took the cake. I've always brought my things to sell in a tote, and they've always put a sticker on it with my name. Today they swore up and down that they NEVER took totes. I pointed to the sticker they placed on my tote last time and they tried to gaslight me it was another location, but I live right across the stress? I live far from a Kid to Kid, but I would rather make that drive for a good experience.

Worst place. Pls don’t come here. They give you very little money for the expensive items you bring and employees are very rude.
Pls save yourself time and energy and go smehere else.

I'd like to give some insight about this store because when I was recommended this place I didn't ask for much information and then I regretted it later. I believe this store is for people that makes purchases compulsively and then after a while they want to declutter their home and is better to get a couple of bucks than nothing. The clothing and toys that you want to sell here MUST be in pristine condition aka new or maybe worn once, otherwise they will be rejected in the blink of the eye. Also they allow you to take only 2 medium size boxes so if you live nearby might be worth it but if you live far from the area don't bother with the drive because the offers they make are are pretty low as well.

I loved this place when they were in Wellington. Stuff that was worn once was passed because of “discoloration” that I could not even notice. The store could use a new set of employees, but I probably won't be back.

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. It’s a waste of time. Might as well buy the items brand new and try to sell them to them . I took a few items, still usable . I left them there , an hour later they notified me that they were done with inspection. I go back, they did not give me anything for the still usable items. It was a waste of precious time. I took a kids toy piano. They stayed one of the keys was not working, therefore they wouldn’t take it. I came back home with all the items I carried in, tried the piano, it was working perfectly fine. Again, it’s a waste of time. Not worth it at all

After 3 attempts of trying to sell here (had too many boxes dropped off for the day and the other they claimed my freshly washed and dried clothes were “wet”) i said how can they be wet? Possibly damp slightly but no way it’s wet. I finally had my items sorted once I took them back home cleaned and dried AGAIN and they took absolutely nothing and I had a feeling they weren’t even going to look. Not even one item and I had barely worn higher end items like Ralph Lauren. They just threw all the clothes back in the bin without trying to place them in semi neatly for me like I did twice! It took forever! And then I had to redo them to bring it to kidtokid. Have some respect for people’s time, please.
I took the exact boxes to kid to kid in gardens and I actually was surprised how much they gave me for my bins!! Will be selling there from now on. The employees were so rude as well. No one helps you with the door. They act annoyed seeing you coming with bins of clothes as if that’s literally the whole point. When I asked why they didn’t even want the Ralph Lauren stuff that was barely worn the woman was like “um I think it that one was discolored” and I was like ok and left because it clearly was not. Also they’re so annoying about the drivers license. I had forgotten mine and said I couldn’t sell without one stating it was state law as if they would be stolen used children’s clothes… Thankfully, I was with my husband and used his. So extra. I’ll never be back.

Great variety of items, good quality, well organized. Very good to buy clothes for babies and toddlers, but the variety of toys and baby gear is not as diverse…

Sold some of my items, came back with other’s items mixed in with my “pass” items. Which makes me super confident in their buying practices… knowing now someone else probably has some of my items too now.

Tried to tell the owner of a baby Jumper stand that my 10 month old toppled and fell, the jumper is dangerous and should not be back on floor, a nasty answer came in the form of this product is approved by the manufacturer and will be sold upon return (the money did not come into play) the owner refused to accept the the sold item is dangerous and placed me as the customer to take responsibility, in short a nasty owner, avoid dealing with her, I am sure there are other places in the area that accept cloth and merchandise,
