I had a great experience with Pak mail!
I moved from Florida to Minnesota at the beginning of the month and I sent all my garments with them. The sport equipment, bags, etc.
every time that a package moved or arrived I received an email with the tracking information.
Moving was really challenging, but being able of tracking your things at all times was a relief and an awesome experience in general. I highly recommend you working with them!

I agree with the horrible service reviews - I left a bad review was contacted by the store they were more worried about my review then dealing with the issue of a package that had a guaranteed delivery ($200 later my package was not delivered and we were not refunded ) they basically said if I didn’t take the review down they wouldn’t help - took review down - 2 months later they never even contacted us so never use this place !!!!! Unreliable save your money and go to UPS across the street if I could leave a worse review I would
