Staff is helpful and you can ship multiple ways. You can ship FedEx packages, UPS, USPS, to name a few. I almost went 4 stars though because they have very limited hours that they are open. They are closed on Sunday and close at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Weekdays, I believe they close at 6:00 p.m. They would get a lot more business if they were open more days and longer hours. I ship from the store all the time and have had no problems and as mentioned the staff is very helpful.

pak mail of wellington & lake worth is fantastic! i shipped some fragile items with them, and everything got there in perfect shape. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the process was simple. i would recommend them for any shipping needs!

Mike and Max have always taken care of my package and shipping needs , they treat you like family when you walk in and they take care of your packages as if they were their own. I refuse to go to USPS , FedEx or UPS anymore, from now on I come here and see Mike.

I’ve visited this store 3 times in the past month. All 3 times the customer experience was fantastic. Apparently owned by a father / son team. They are both extremely helpful, friendly, pleasant and very effective. I’ll continue to do business here.

The nicest customer service I have received in such a long time! I had no idea they accepted Amazon returns here, you just have to print out the return label instead of using the QR code.

I walked in at 5:45 (not realizing they closed at 5:30pm) and although Max told me he was closed, he saw a box in my hand and asked what I needed assistance with. I shared with him that my shipping was already paid and I just needed to drop off the box. He was so kind to accept my business and take my package, with no complaints.This location is not my typical go-to for shipping but based on Max’s customer service and willingness to help, I will certainly make it my priority shipping location!

The owner here is very rude and disrespectful I tried ordering a U-Haul truck to move and he called me on the way saying I had to complete something online so I did everything it asked me too and I tried calling him back and he texted me saying don’t call only text ….. and then he said I didn’t complete it and I asked for help and he said I had to go back but the website wouldn’t allow me too do it and I asked him for help and I sat there for about 20 minutes and he never answered a single phone call and text ! I do not recommend this place to anyone what so ever ! The owner is unprofessional and by his attitude the only thing he truly cares about is the money that ppl offer to bring him ! I

Came here to pick up a rental moving truck and Mike could not have been kinder and quicker with his service. Everything was clear and concise and the entire action was very pleasant. Will definitely come back for rental truck or mailing needs!

The people running this place deserve a gold medal - they are so incredibly kind and helpful! We rented a U-haul cargo van and it was the easiest truck pickup we’ve ever experienced. This will be the first place we check for truck rentals moving forward because the customer service is unmatched! They even do shipping and copy services, so I plan to keep them in mind for that as well. I’d give 10 stars if I could!
