I’ve been a tenant here for 2 years, and I’m very happy to be here. Jaclyn and Monica in the office are terrific! They’re always ready to help if a problem arises. And I can’t say enough about Kirk, our maintenance expert! There’s nothing he can’t fix!

The living area's walls are decorated with chair rails, wainscot, and two-tone paint. The ceilings are graced with crown molding, and its central Wellington location is a perfect place to call home.
