One of my favorite restaurant chains for breakfast. Although a bit pricey, it's great food & service is usually top notch. I definitely recommend the Asiago bagel & the egg souffle. You can't go wrong with their sweets & pastries.Parking: The Forest Hill location is right next to Starbucks and a few other businesses so parking can get limited.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: I have a family member that is handicapped and uses a walker and this place is accommodating for such persons.

How does Panera Bread not have baguettes or bread bowls at 6pm when they close at 9pm? I would have not ordered my soup if I had known.If you like bread and feel its important to have with your meal better to ask before ordering.

One of the best Panera location around. It was clean, very kept up. Staff is friendly and attentive. This girl stopped what she was doing and asked me "what would I like" even though, I was only the second in line. Location is hard to find but plenty of parking and mall is around the corner. All Panera Breads should be like that.Recommend.

Panera Bread is like everyone else these days that utilize delivery services, they charge you more money to buy their product. As consumers, that means we pay more for our food just for the pleasure of doing business with them. Then, on top of that we pay a delivery fee plus tip. That makes it too expensive in my humble opinion. Some of us, like me, are handicapped, and find delivery much easier than trying to drive to the storefront. So, when faced with companies that charge more for delivery, I simply click out of their site and find another restaurant, because there are plenty that don't. Whether or not Panera ever figures this out is the big question mark?

Spent $52 just to have to reheat my max and cheese myself, because the manager was to lazy to do it herself. the fact that I just spent half of $100 just to be told to go microwave my own food is ridiculous. This is insane.

Kiosk issue you do the sip cup yet you put the good drinks in the back so after you do the kiosk you have to find someone to get you a drink which is absurd why put the drinks in the back what was the reason for it. So used the kiosk but it took me 10 minutes to get someone to get a drink absurd

The restaurant experience was fine. Like, not good, not awful, but okay.The staff were super kind and I have no complaints about the service, but my order was not really good. Again, not awful, but my lettuce was browned and the size of the salad was laughable. I don’t expect a full size salad of course because I ordered a pick 2, but it was definitely the lettuce from the bottom of the canister, as well as extremely unripe tomatoes.

I placed an order for delivery that clearly states “plain, just ham & Gouda cheese” but they put mustard which means = sandwich will go in the trash. Order # 938279461 When I called an employee named Lilly picked up and didn’t believe that my order was wrong…. I had to put my husband on the phone to confirm they got the order wrong (as if I was 2 yrs old). Panera management pls know your employee Lilly was beyond rude and should not represent your company. My guess is that Panera has lowered their standards by hiring awful people. Very disappointing.
