I might switch banks all together. The merchant services they use should be shut down for fraud and I am upset that I used this bank and their company for my business

I will give all of there locations one star except the one on lake worth road and 441 in the Walmart plaza because Ms Sharon at that location always provided customers with the best customer service and always making sure that everyone is getting the best out of there banking at her location therefore I will give 5 stars to Sharon and all the staff at that location

Employees showing up to work without their materials they need to do their jobs, so in return I have to wait for the only other person able to help me, because someone decided to be negligent and unprepared to do their job.

What's the point in setting up AND calling back to confirm an appointment to open a checking account when I'm told there was a walk-in just arrived ahead of me and now I'm the one heavily inconvenienced?? I will not be interested in banking with PNC due to this experience.

very poor customer service. Go to other branches if you have to deal with PNC.

I am a customer in good standing with PNC over 15 years. Recently I went to the PNC to withdraw cash. I was told I could not withdraw more than $3,000 with calling PNC first and make a request for cash. They would take my request and one time a week they put through request, of course, if they made that request already then you would have to wait until the following week to get your own money. I asked why this would be, I never have a problem putting in cash? I was told it's banking policies. I asked if I could take $3,000 out one day and come back the next day for another $3,000. THE ANSWER IS NO. I could get a check but, no cash. They do not have cash in their vault??? No, I'm told. This is the policies now of all banks was the answer for this. The banks do not want us to have cash because they cannot track us or have control of us. They want us to be in financial debt with the credit cards they have with high interest rates, like the coal miners and the general store. They want us to beholden to us. Once I told them of my dismay with their policy because I needed my money today. I was dismissed and later that week got letter that they have decided not to keep me as a customer and they are closing my account. I never bounced a check I have been a customer in good standing for over 15 years and this is the way I am treated because they will not let you have your own cash without waiting and going through red tape. The financial institutions need to drain the swap.

They took out service charges until the balance was zero. After posting a negative review (see below), I was contacted by the retail escalations group. But they went with the story that because the account was closed (by them), there was nothing they could do. So the negative review stands. I am sure they will lose more than the measly $25 for which they ripped me off. I would avoid this bank like the plague. Taking money out without notice is just plain dishonest. And can you take them to court? No, not really. They make you agree to arbitrate disputes. That costs a lot, and they get to name the arbitrators! Talk about a rigged system! Good riddance PNC.

Had $25 in my account. They started taking it out without any notice whatsoever. When the balance was zero, they finally sent a notice: LOL! They closed the account. They said they could not do anything because the account was closed. They basically took this money from me. In my opinion, this is stealing, pure and simple. Terrible customer service. I said I was going to go to small claims court. They didn't care. I would never use this bank again.
