They never answer the phone. Very annoying! Thinking in changing to a place that are more accessible. They use to be wonderful. What happened!

Avoid this organization. They are dishonest and incompetent. I tried to get surgical clearance. I did all the required tests and they refused clearance even though no problems were revealed.
