Great experience! Janelle did my wash and gloss/tone. The wash was so relaxing, she was so gentle. Ashley did my haircut, she was AMAZING. She knew what she was doing! Both ladies did a great job, I loved how my hair turned out. Definitely going back!!

Michelle was really nice and kind but i left the salon looking exactly how i entered. The service was supposed to include styling and I didn’t even get a proper blow out- the waves of my hair were not even straightened.Services: Haircut

Pyure is my absolute favorite salon to get my hair done! I’ve tried out many different places & nothing compares. Ashley has been cutting my hair for about 5 years now and does the most amazing job. I look forward to coming in just to catch up with her, and she is such a talented hairstylist. I always leave the salon absolutely in LOVE with my new haircut.Services: Haircut

So if you are thinking about getting a balayage done here I would skip it. For my birthday someone paid for me to get my hair cut and balayage done at this salon. I’ll include what I asked for and what I received. I didn’t realized how horrible it looked until I got home. For two weeks people called me carrot top and calico. I was so embarrassed I had to go to another salon to get a color correction. If the stylist couldn’t give me anything close to what I asked for I wish she would have told me before I damaged my hair and spent a ton of money. The top level stylist I requested, who cut my hair the first time, was good, and I wanted to see her again. But the next two times I booked, she called out the same day of the appointment and the salon offered me no alternatives. They said she never does that, it wouldn’t happen again, and if it DID happen they would certainly get someone else to cut my hair. She wasn’t available for another 2 weeks. Then I booked a cut and color on the same day. This is one of those salons where they separate the services, even though the cut and color are one piece of a concept. In any case, they scheduled the cut to start ONE HOUR after the color was done. Do I want to spend the whole day hanging out there? I do not. Again the next week the haircutter, Ashley, (who “never does this”) called out one hour before my scheduled appointment . They had also called me the day before asking me to change my appointment time, which I agreed to do. That morning when they again canceled, they said they had no one else. When pressed, they said they “might” have someone, if I could get there in 15 minutes. I went. She was very nice but later that day I ended up cutting my own hair, a style that most people thought was more amazing than anything Pyure had previously produced and asked me who had done it - me, and I'm not a trained hairstylist. So this is pitiful. Never did they offer me anything but insipid apologies and vapid smiles. No concessions or suggestions or support. The people staffing reception are not skilled in customer relations and appear to lack maturity for this job ("It's a great day to be happy at Pyure!" is an approximation of how they answer the phone, before putting you on hold). Evidently the owners haven't trained their staff in good customer service, or perhaps they do prefer the arrogant approach, and there is no apparent manager.I usually like Aveda because their education typically results in consistently good stylists once they reach the higher levels. But this chain (Pyure) is very poorly managed and they have a strange attitude.Don’t go here if you want good service.Update:I found a great new stylist at a different salon but one day when I needed an interim bangs trim thought I'd try my luck here. Had second thoughts on the way over, doubting the quality. The manager, Angelica (who had never appeared or responded at any point previously when all the problems were occurring - isn't that a manager's job?), was waiting to intercept me. She was canceling my appointment (because they didn't "feel comfortable," but waited until I took the time to drive over there to inform me), but it was good to put a face to the disappointing management and service. The handshake she extended was weak and inauthentic, needing sanitizer afterwards. She began, "You posted a very detailed review online." I imagined that at last she was wisely going to try to make something right out of all the bad experiences. She continued, "We read all the reviews aloud to our staff, so..." and made a face implying that I had caused a problem for the poorly-managed staff by, I don't know, hurting their feelings? If you want to provide good customer service then you try to rectify problems as they occur. Customers are very forgiving when treated respectfully. If you'd rather run your business to suit your own needs and those of your staff, while ignoring customer concerns and then blaming the customer for feedback instead of thanking them, I don't understand it, but that's what you have here. Had they even tried to reach out after reading my review I would have worked with them. So they refused to serve me because their feelings were hurt, I guess. I'm relieved I didn't go through with letting them trim my hair again. Buyer beware. There are a lot of really good Aveda salons but this particular brand of it (Pyure... note that they have 3 locations in South Florida to beware of) has been disappointing.A former manager, Christine, used to reply to reviews.

This is the best experience. The aroma therapy with the hair wash in the dark room is amazing. Andrew is amazing and KNOWS my hair and did a spectacular job with my bangs, I have gotten compliments nonstop! 10/10

This isn't just a haircut, it is an experience. When you go to get your hair hair washed, you get a head and scalp massage, a hand and arm massage, and a warm towel over your wet hair. They also put a dry scented towel over your eyes, and the room is dark. It was very relaxing.
