I was disappointed with the woman who took my blood on 11/07/24. On my prior visit for blood work, I made an appointment on 10/24/24, however, I was anxious so I came in the day before on 10/23/24 as a walk-in, she came out and called my name and stated: "We don't take walk-ins here, you are going to have to make an appointment". There was no atonement or an apology and she seemed disconnected as well. So I left and came back the next day for my scheduled appointment. On the day of my appointment on 10/24/24, there were several people who seemed like corporate people, they were very professional and courteous to all in the waiting area, and funny enough there was a walk-in there and he was taken in by the same woman who told me the day before we don't take walk-ins. Furthermore, when she did my blood work, she did not offer any customer service kindness like the lady who did my blood work on 10/24/24. Thank you for allowing me to indulge in my disenchantment.

The yucky part was another technician — older lady, silver shoulder length hair, Asian descent - she had a deep, RACKING cough — no mask, didn’t cover her mouth — just coughed and coughed and coughed. When she came out to the waiting room to call a name, down the hall when she was walking, during the time she was taking blood. It was HORRIBLE. I felt badly for her as she could not control it and it sounded very painful. She should not have been at work - especially when you’re working with ppl who sometimes are unwell AND you have to be right next to them to take blood. HORRIBLE.

Waited with my pregnant wife for her prenatal bloodwork for over a hour and a half before being sent away with them saying appointment only. Why were we allowed to wait a hour and a half before being told this? When I asked they gave no answer and closed the door on my face. They don’t treat you like a human being here.

Terrible place, it clearly states they take walk ins but appointments will be first. I work For an Allergist and we send most of our patient to this office because it's close to my office. For the nurse to tell me that I have to have an appointment is beyond me. I will not send anymore patients to this office. Then she asked me was I fasting I told her yes because I know the protocol. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Oh when I checked in the kiosk it said no walk-ins before me, unprofessional, don't put patients first. I was the only person in the waiting room which she said they were short staffed.

Very bad professionals , people very rude lack of professionalism. The Lab was empty and they refuse to having me until I start to rise my voice. It's a Shame, I do not recommend this lab at all.

Lousy customer service, 35 mins behind the schedule , then the nurse , (old Asian ethnicity background woman ), aggressive, rude, petty bad mannered person , disrespectful and arrogant , 10620 w forresthill blvrd Fl , 1 star staff, I saw it’s not the first time people complain about this nurse , is time to take action because is a human service this career path about and what she does is all the contrary , that explains why their Instagram account has the comments option blocked

This review is SOLEY for TABITHA. I walked in at 6:32 am for a walk in. An Asian woman came out and rudely said that they "do not accept" walk-ins and I would have to go online to schedule an appointment and come back. As I sat in the lobby to schedule an appointment, with not "one person waiting for an appointment in the lobby," Tabitha came out and kindly greeted me good morning and asked me if I was ready. I conveyed to her what her associate had said to me. She immediately gestured me to come in and took care of my lab work. Tabitha is the true definition of a medical professional who knows how to treat people with kindness and care. Her kind gesture to someone that came in for bloodwork without knowing their health circumstances is the Gold Standard of how medical professionals should behave and interact with patients! 5-Stars for TABITHA!

I had an appointment today with Olivia, and she was so kind and patient. I am super high anxiety with blood work, so I brought my abuela with me and Olivia was more than happy to let her stay with me and hold my hand. She helped me regulate my breathing, had a nice conversation to distract me, and made sure I was steady enough to leave before I did. Made it a super easy and pleasant experience, which I never thought I could say about a blood draw.

If I can give this place a -0 I would horrible customer service and attitude I wasted 4 trips to this place with my 9 month old baby because they fail to explain and to provide correct containers and directions how take the sample in top of everything every single employee have a nasty attitude and don’t know anything they’re doing on top of not even having a proper intake or machine that works this place is horrible and I will contact my doctor to let them know not to ever sent a patient here

What an amazing facility. Set the appointment. Find in on the kiosk only took two minutes. Got in right on time. Miss Tiffany and Miss O were professional, thorough and funny.

My husband was sent here on September 10th, after a Dr. appointment to pick up a sample kit to submit and schedule bloodwork. He was already having abdominal pain and came home very rattled as the lady he encountered (Jenn) was extremely rude, abrupt, unprofessional and threw a bag at him telling him she did not have time for him and to go home and read the directions. When he went back for his appointment today, Olivia and Tiffany were extremely helpful and kind. They let him know that he was missing a couple of samples, as he was apologizing and explaining to them his encounter and that he was not totally clear of the directions, Jenn came in the room and actually screamed at him and called him a lier. They were mortified and told her not to speak to him that way and to get out. They were extremely apologetic but the reviews I've read from this facility are mostly in regard to this specific employee. The fact that this woman is still employed here with the lack of professionalism and shear decency, blows my mind. She is what's wrong with the healthcare industry and it's a shame that other caring individuals have to try and make up for it.

The manager at this clinic needs to be replaced. No sign that they’re not taking walk-ins. Kiosk offered appointment within the hour and she sent me away saying there was a 3 hour wait. Only one person waiting in waiting room when I arrived. She claimed she was short staffed. If her demeanor is the same with staff as she is with patients I can see why! I had no problem getting seen at the Lake Worth Road location and there were more people waiting in Lake Worth. In and out in 10 minutes!

Rina is always so sweet and friendly and drawing blood did not hurt and I’m a cry baby haha !
