I went to the Vero Beach location. i had a bunk bed picked out for a short term rental i was goint to do. at the store the bunk bed seemed to work and be a good fit. the item i got was not the same and the ladder would not allow the trundle bed to pull out. the ladder was also screwed to the rail and could not be easily removed. i called the store and attempted to talk to a manager with no luck. this is by far the worst customer service ever. not to mention bad products. The delivery team damaged the bed and would not take it out of the home when i refussed it. they wont fix or return this. Do not buy from these stores as there is no return policy. horrible service. go accross the street to Ashley furniture you wont be disapointed. i wish i had seen the reviews sooner.

purchased on 9/23/23 service order went in on 9/28 as the dust cover was ripped on the chair. when tech arrived as i waited on the four-hour window, showed up empty handed and i already knew it wasn't getting fixed. this person knew when he started his route, he did not have what he needed and should not have wasted my time waiting from the time i got notification before 7 am until 10:45. my gripe is not that i have to continue to wait for it to be fixed, but why must i be at the mercy of a four-hour window and not have this done immediately as soon as the dust cover is in stock. i do not want to be in a four-hour window, that is not right when this tech clearly knew he did not have what he needed at 7am in the morning and should have notified me then and not waste my entire morning waiting for something that was not going to happen. purchased on 9/23/23 service order went in on 9/28 as the dust cover was ripped on the chair. when tech arrived as i waited on the four-hour window, showed up empty handed and i already knew it wasn't getting fixed. this person knew when he started his route he did not have what he needed and should not have wasted my time waiting from the time i got notification before 7 am until 10:45. why must i be at the mercy of a four-hour window and not have this done immediately as soon as the dust cover is in stock or delivered to my as promised which i have not seen yet as told by the tech and customer service three times. roomstogo failed miserably and is still failing as i have not seen the part needed shipped to my door as i was told.

Maurice was awesome. We walked in and knew what we already wanted to get. He showed us the floor model, went over everything with us. Answered all questions. Can’t wait for our new furniture to come in.

My wife and went in to get a recliner. While we bought one we saw a living room set we liked and ordered that also. The recliner can in a few days and we set it up ourselves. The living room set would not be ready for a few months which was fine. We were told we paid for set up and removal of boxes. When they arrived they just dropped off and said we didn’t pay for set up. After they left I contacted store and said the very nice salesman made a mistake and forgot to sign us up for set up. They said we can pay $125 more and someone will come out. I said not acceptable since I already paid nearly $5k. The manager Sandi said take it or leave it. After going round and round we agreed they would come back and take away trash. Very disappointed with management for not helping with this issue. And then drivers gave attitude when picking up trash. Very dissatisfied customer and will be buying furniture at the million other furniture stores around me in future.

Great experience. Our sales associate, Wilson Blue, showed amazing patience with me and my 95 year old father; even though we were only looking for a single chair. His knowledge of the products Rooms to Go sells is comprehensive and it shows. Overall a great buying experience.

The salesman Wilson was very helpful. Made the experience very easy. However, his boss a woman, was another story. When Wilson asked her if he could lower the price of the protection package she flatly said no. I asked if they would honor a Military Discount or senior discount again she sad no. Not very personal or friendly after spending over $3000.

Before visiting your place we called and spoke to Avery about the 2 recliners which we were interested in. He was very polite and helpful on the phone. Unfortunately, the very next day, his shift hadn't started yet when we came to the store. Impressed with the store , we were approached by Sarah Nichols (sales rep 058738). She wasn't exactly who you would like to deal with. We always thought that buying - extended warranty- was an OPTION. Well she didn't take that very well when we refused it. The whole time she seemed angry and kept trying to make us purchase something we had already refused. Some of our questions were answered with smugness - while trying to be someone she was not. We can now regret that we went to the store before Avery's shift started. We can guarantee you now that , we will be going to that store again , for how impressed we were with the showroom. Thank you

Our salesperson Wilson was extremely helpful and patient with us. He was also knowledgeable about the multiple different mattresses. He was not pushy. We really appreciate his help. The rooms to go showroom in Vero Beach displayed the furniture very nicely also.

I noticed that I had dents and scratches on my original hardwood floor after their delivery team delivered my couch. I called them immediately when I noticed but since it was more than 72 hours my claim was denied. Im appalled that a company like rooms to go think that it’s perfectly ok for them to ruin my floor without any consequence. Furniture cost thousands of dollars and after they take your money they don’t want to be held accountable for the people they hire mistakes. I will never go back and won’t recommend them to anyone because of their poor customer service.

Avery was amazing! Great customer service skills, Avery went above and beyond to serve me. I couldn’t believe it when I walked in Avery was the only person who came up to me and offered help, everyone’s else was just on their own little world , didn’t speak to me at all, didn’t greet me none of that so sad. Avery made my day I was happy when he walked up to me and helped me . Thank you Avery! People like Avery are so hard to find nowadays. Job well done Avery???
