Sleep Number customer service as well as the brick and mortar stores have wonderful employees and customer service representatives. My experience with getting parts for my bed and having my needs met were excellent. Great product, too!

Melissa was our sales rep. She was wonderful! She went over all of the beds, the benefits of each and the difference. We never felt pressured and she listened to our needs and wants. They were really friendly and very helpful. Great experience and they received a life long customer.
