I had to go here to get screen protectors for my phone and my husband's phone. I had to wait a few minutes - or more than a few to get help. But once I did, Robert helped me. I will have to have two screen protectors shipped to my house. He seemed to take a longer time than usual to get this done but I need them, so I'm glad I waited. The store is clean and that is a plus. 2nd floor or the Wellington Mall - easy to locate.

The sales lady was amazing that I ordered not 1 but 2 iPhone 14s for me and my teen. Yes I am not broke however it was time for an upgrade. The location was empty. It's just 5 stores down from apple but they did not have our phones. We opted to order and have shipped to our home. The customer service was great and yes they try and up sale you a lot.

The woman who took care of me after she charged me for the cell phone that I wanted told me that there was no longer one and that I had to go look for it myself at another store. I also asked her if she had international service and she said yes and That same day he made a call and they charged us 120 us and suspended our line. The manager was very good because he sent the employee to look for the cell phone in another store because I wanted my money back

Shout out to Felicia for her patience and kindness in helping us purchase a phone for our 85 year old father. This was not a quick process - Felicia did not rush us or show frustration - she guided us through the entire process with a smile on her face. She made this a great experience. I would travel the extra distance just to go to this store given the experience we had. Thank you, Felicia.

Where do I start, contrary to the majority the service here in my opinion is exceptional, beginning with the manager Atom and then on down to the representative Dee who helped tremendously with sales. Their generosity is top notch! Definitely would recommend this store to get your IPhone

I have been going by the mall on Ring Rd., Wellington Mall there is a T-Mobile in there first of all the manager is absolutely amazing. She really knows his stuff. Her name is Sherik then then there's Jean who has been always a huge help. Thank you all for always being there, and never turning anyone down

About 3-4 years ago, I had a sales associate at this store (Wellington Mall) add insurance to my cell phone upgrade after I’d said no twice. I escalated it to upper management because I got charged for it, though I think the acting manager at the time coerced him to add the insurance. I was “indirectly” asked to remove this review I had as a customer when I briefly worked at this store in March/April, 2022 so I’m writing it again since it was not fair to remove my side of the experience.

The worst T-Mobile ever. Never buy from them and when they offer a discount make them pay you or do the discount right away. They stole me almost 200 dollars in AirPods. Saying they will pay after the other half. All of them are liars. Possibly changing to AT&T now like my friends also did.

Shaika and staff were wonderful! She helped me from start to finish and even stayed after her shift ended to help me retrieve an email account (not their fault). Fernando and Juan were very helpful as well. What a kind, supportive group of individuals! They are good to each other and good to their customers! Thanks again Shakira, I appreciate you!

this by far is the worst customer service you will receive , DO NOT waste your time with anyone here including the manager . and make sure to change all of your account information if you provided them with it. unproffessional , rude , and straight up do not care about anything or anyone .. if they can not sell you , they will not help you .. my visted was followed by 3 weeks of changes being made to my account...
