My wife is a reserve member. I collect bourbon. Have spent 1000's with. My son purchased a special bottle for me as a gift Penelope Havana
Have pictures of confirmation and was picking up tomorrow. Apparently someone knows someone there and the bottle is gone. They just cancelled the order. I happened to run my own business with that said you can only sell something once apparently that is not the case as my order was canceled and they sold it to someone else. They have lost my business

Went to the store around 9:17pm with my husband and my dog, when we were on line to pay there was a women paying with an 11 year old probably and she wasn’t ID at all and no problem selling to them. Then when we got to pay I gave my ID because I had my wallet in hand and my husband had just noticed he forgot his wallet at home when he checked his pockets. They even called the manager on us. We told them we could should them a picture. They said no. They said to come back that we still had time which we said no. Took the time to take my husband home and my dog he didn’t want to go back to the store. So I did because this was a present for a friend in NC and for our trip up there. I went there again around 9:55pm I get in line and the same woman laughed at me saying that if I was coming back on the same night had to come back with my husband. Freaking ridiculous. So apply the rules to EVERYONE. And EXPLAIN and be SPECIFIC. Worse customer service ever.

Wouldn’t sell to me because my 10 year old didn’t have ID, were extremely rude about there “policies” and were only enforcing them on select people.

Great prices, but they try everything to prevent you from buying what you want. I tried to buy Johnnie Walker Blue, twice! I got a schpiel that I need to try others, tried to buy Kettle one and Casamigos, same thing they want me to try others, "it's better." I just wish they would not hassle me to buy what I want!

Good afternoon, I went to Total Wine today to purchase a bottle of bourbon that was available for pick up on the mobile app. When I went and spoke to the store manager Neary, He lied to me three different times. The first time was when he stated they did not have a specific bottle at the store. The second time he said he would have to contact another store for a truck to deliver the bottle. I know this is untrue because trucks do not deliver only one bottle. The third time he lied to me he said they don’t have items hidden in closets. Then I waited for him to try to locate the bottle. He then miraculously found the bottle in a closet next to the wine and champagne section. He was incredibly rude and questioned me numerous times, making me feel like I was stupid. I did not know that you guys had closets full of alcohol bottles that were hidden from customers instead of being put out to purchase. I would appreciate if you could contact me at your earliest convenience. I am deeply disappointed in Total Wine in Wellington FL.

Was at this store last week to pick up a few things when I was appaled at your staff and management. While I was shopping a lady on the same isle went to the front 3x to ask for help. They answered her and kept telling her thr same area I was shopping and she still couldn't find the product and even said her self to me I wish they would do there jobs and help.... I go to the front to check out and you have 2 managers and 4 staff members all standing in the square 2 of which are on their cell phones. Here comes the lady again to ask for a 4th time and just to be told again where a product was and no one moved an inch to help her... absolutely terrible management and customer service. The store was empty because of raining. The least they could of done is help the lady find her product and made a dam sale! Aug 29th around 3pm I hope you review your cameras and learn to manage your staff appropriately!

Their gluten free beer selection used to be much better. They no longer seem to carry Southernmost Ale, Two Brothers Prairie Path Ale, New Planet Ale, Omission (all types), Bards Tale Lager, and others.
Quite disappointing.
Nice rum, Bourbon, Scotch, gin, vodka and other distilled spirit selections, though.

beer section is a total joke, several of the craft beer cans have been expired for a year or 2. Also a lot of the beer doesn't have price tags on it and every single time I go there I have cans ring up as a different price or diff beer entirely

Came here for my baby shower game prize, had a bad experience so bad I won’t be returning and I’m gonna change the whole prize I had in mind! Now I’m gonna just do gift cards instead of a little alcohol. Some people don’t drink but everyone eats so Thanks for the bad experience, it helped me pick a more universal game prize.
