I had an appointment on my birthday to get my hair done by Avery. I was really looking forward to it and had shared a photo during the consultation to give an idea of the look I was hoping for — a blonde balayage.
What I ended up with seemed more like highlights and lowlights, and the tone came out quite gold, which looked very similar to the color I came in with. I was hoping for something lighter and closer to the blonde in the photo.
She mentioned lifting it to a level nine, but then used a gold toner that I hadn’t expected. When I shared that it wasn’t quite what I had in mind, she did try to adjust it with another toner, but by then I was feeling a bit discouraged and just wanted to be finished.
I spent $345, and unfortunately, I left not feeling as happy with the result as I’d hoped. I really appreciate the effort, but it just didn’t turn out the way I envisioned.

I had a great experience here in January, but this recent visit didn’t meet the same standard. I was not able to match my schedule with the stylist I preferred so I booked with someone else.I asked for a simple trim and explained I was growing my hair out but 3-4 inches were cut, and the result was uneven.
I’ve invested a lot into growing my hair like getting used to sleeping with a bonnet, using oils, taking supplements so this was especially frustrating. I know hair grows back, but this setback means it’ll take another year to reach the length I was working toward.
While I understand every stylist has a different approach, I expected more for an $80 service. I’m very happy with the cut and texture! Just not the length. It was a reminder of how important it is to find the right fit when trusting someone with your hair.

Nikki is fantastic! I cut my hair and did highlights and loved it! Best of Wellington! Everyone at the salon is super nice!

II came for the first time to this salon and KATIE cut my hair. I showed her a picture of what I want and I really didn’t get the same. It was way too short. She even confirmed that I wanted chin length. I am very disappointed. I wrote to them to tell them my disappointment and they didn’t answer me. The 2 first photos are the cut she did and the 2 other ones are the ones I showed her before the cut

It's always so super accommodating. Everyone is so professional, knowledgeable, and so upbeat friendly. You will always leave looking lovely and happy. You'll feel like you just hung out with your group if girlfriends.

The last two times I was there I paid for master stylist cut and style only to be switched off to lower level stylist for blow drying . I have a feeling this particular stylist doesn’t like that part of the job but at 80.00 she needs to blow dry it herself . Having the girl who sweeps and answers phone dry my hair doesn’t work for me and she was burning my scalp also had a bad attitude . Next haircut and style will be somewhere else for me.

Tresses is THE best. It changed my life, no joke. I started going there about a year ago when I was feeling so much despair about my thinning hair. The owner, Brianne, installed my first set of Great Lengths and I have never looked back! I've never felt this good in my life. I have full hair and I can swim, sweat/work out and sleep in them no problem. It's MY hair and because I'm have some gray, I sometimes go to other stylists to color, cut and style my hair regularly when Brianne is otherwise booked! (She's very popular!)I've honestly never been to a salon with so much talent. Obviously, I adore Brianne, but you would be excellent hands with any of the other stylists. Natalie, Katie, Dina, Nikki and Soleia are all so talented and I think that's partially due to the high standard that Tresses sets for their stylists. I cannot recommend this salon enough!

Theresa did an ok job on my color but the cut wasn't quite what I asked for. I wanted a very sharp v cut in the back but ended up with more of a u shape. I was the only person inside. The vibe was ok except the music cut out leaving it quiet. I've always tipped my hair stylists via zelle but for some reason I could not add the stylist to the app to send her money so I reached out for another method and/or info and was relatively ignored and made to feel very awkward. Just not the type of experience or easiness I'm looking for. Will definitely be headed back to visions salon instead.
