I have been to multiple UPS stores in the West Palm Beach area. This is the best one. They are very efficient, nice and extremely helpful. Even of the most busy days I’ve never waited there more than a few minutes. . I would give them 10 stars if possible.

A few weeks ago I had a high value package that needed to be overnight shipped to Puerto Rico. Starr went above and beyond in accommodating our needs to make sure the package arrived safely and promptly. I’ve never had anyone go above and beyond the way Starr did for me. She was very communicative and efficient and I couldn’t recommend her and the store enough.

We just met Starr at store #4825 and she and her staff were fabulous! Starr was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. She helped us with everything from A to Z. If you ever need a UPS Store, this is the one to go to! A+++ Service!

This store is always amazing, which is certainly something I can't always say about some other stores! All the staff are particularly welcoming and friendly which always makes services here so much more pleasurable to experience, including taking passport photos of my baby. You can't go wrong by visiting this UPS Store (and the other owned by Mark Rosenthal in Wellington).

Poor service. The big guy with glasses didn’t want to return my money because an ugly picture that was rejected from government for a passport renewal. You should keep a good camera and take some good trainings to take pictures. He asked me for a letter from government, lol. Bad service.

Luke and Starr took extra time to explain the entire shipping process, options and details of delivery to make sure we found the most efficient way for us to ship our package.This was our second stop to ship this package and they provided outstanding customer service. From now on we will use UPS for all our shipping needs.
