“I visited this store to pick up a label holder which would have taken just a couple of seconds. However, instead of simply handing it to me so I could be ready to drop off my package quickly, Donna took more time complaining that I had to wait in line. Who do you think you are? You’re not better than other people and then I had another lady in there Chiming in all because I asked for a label slip. I understand following store policies, but the way it was handled felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Donna made a simple two second task more complicated and was creating a hostile environment in front of other customers!

These customer service technicians are awesome! I was sent here for fingerprinting and unfortunately the outsourced fingerprinting program went down and I found myself waiting for it to come back up.
It was then that I found myself realizing how busy the techs were and how friendly and efficiently they worked. This team is very professional! I recommend everyone in the area to entrust them with your needs...you will not be disappointed!!!

It is a small secret that UPS stores do PRINT jobs! I took my print job to this UPS store and they gave me a price that was better than Office Depot or Staples. Even better, they delivered it the same day. The folks who work here are friendly and caring.

Mark had made our most recent professional envelopes for our office and they came out great. Timely done. We'll priced. They took our professional logo electronically and helped design it. Just wonderful. The bonus is that you have your shipping and copying needs right there too. You can even rent a postal box at that location. Always busy because always good. Thank you for outstanding service!

If I don't go to the location on Wellington Trace I go the Forest Hill UPS store. Friendly staff and clean store. Never have to wait long either, which is a plus!

This store is excellent. There were 3 employees I could see when I came in and all 3 were very pleasant. Smiles, laughter, focus—everything you want to see when are in a customer service setting.
I use this store for all my print needs for my business including business cards, flyers, signage etc, and couldn’t be happier.

I asked the teller to add “handle with care” stickers and he said he would. I asked “promise?” And he said yes. My client got the product with damage and box all beat up with not a single fragile sticker on it.

I’ve been coming to this store for a little over 3 1/2 years. The customer service is exceptional especially Mylene and Donna. We have developed a great relationship due to their professional and friendly nature. The manager is also exceptional but I forgot her name.
