Just returned from Verizon for a problem with
a phone number that had been blocked for months. After going to Verizon numerous times to fix the problem, associate Steph was able to trouble shoot and correct the problem. Steph was
a real gentleman, patient and obviously very knowledgeable ! Thank you Steph, Verizon is very lucky to have you !

Absolutely horrific experience. There was an issue with how my trade in was setup from another store while I was on vacation. Verizon was threatening to charge me $1000 if I didn't figure this out. I stopped into the location to turn in my phone. Instead of trying to help, the first guy I talked to kept parroting wrong phone over and over. Finally he said call 611 for customer service. I sat in my car on the phone with them and was not getting anywhere.
After an hour I brought my phone back into the store with customer service on the line. The 2nd guy helping me had some level of understanding of how humans talk to one another and seemed to be getting somewhere. After a few minutes he said I'll be back. Talked to someone and I watched him get into his car and leave. I waited 10 minutes and realized he was gone.
I talked to the original guy and was like dude the only way I can see getting out of this is returning my phone and going to t-mobile or having someone at verizon help me, can I have the managers number? He refused and went on a tangent about threatening him is not going to work.
I called the Boynton beach store, explained it and they 100% got it. They had it fixed in under 10 minutes. If you're looking to buy a new phone do yourself the favor of going to Boynton Beach or Greenacres. They're actually decent people at those places.

I transferred 4 lines recently to Verizon online but needed to pick up my new phones at the store. Tomas helped me with the order and answered a few of my questions. He was professional, kind and knowledgeable. The whole process was easy and very happy with the switch. Greatly appreciate the patience and the help.

Kelly at the Wellington Green Mall has been very hospitable and a great customer service. Go see him and has awesome promotions, running weekly and beautiful accessories!!!!

I have seen a lot of negative reviews about this store, but I had a great experience visiting it. They were busy, and I was fifth in line. The wait was long, but it was worth it. An associate named Thomas was really helpful and very accommodating. He was very informative, explaining the things I really needed, even providing information that I wasn't asking for but was important.

This location has some of the most arrogant male staff members I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with since leaving Miami. In fact, I was so fed up with the blatant machismo that I told the late 20-mid 30 year old man that I don’t accept sass from the students I teach and I absolutely wasn’t going to accept it from him. He told me I could leave. I told him I’d absolutely do that and after 20 years with Verizon I went up the road to T-Mobile where I transferred service for myself, my husband, my mother, and 3 teens; a total of 11 lines for phones, iPads, and watches. I’m a brand loyalist to the core but I refuse to reward your lack of customer care and loyalty with my hard earned money.

I have been a Verizon customer for over a decade and never have been treated so badly by the agents at this store. I cane 2 days ago to upgrade to iPhone 15 pro and the agent stated they can’t do anything without an appointment.
We made an appointment and came back today and the agent mentioned the deal does not exist and to take the base model. I did not want to change the bill.
They agent chose not to help us and made a comment “”go deal with it in your own with the customer service agent over the phone we can’t help you”
I have had better experience with the Okeechobee location and would recommend to steer clear of this location and go to 2105 S Parrott Ave. in West Palm Beach .
The agents here was by far the rudest agent I have ever came across.

I recently stopped by for help setting up the new iPhone and was immediately helped by Mohammad! He made the process very quick and seamless and explained how the new set up works and helped me avoid a crazy process by myself. Super professional and very kind as well, thank you to this team for being quick and polite!

I would give it no stars if I could.
Your Verizon representative “Pauly” at your 10001 store Location tried to scam me for a fee when it was a free transfer of data from one phone to another. He had no idea what type of service I had and didn’t even ask. What a scam. Been with Verizon for around 20 years, not for long. That store is the worst. Verizon’s Value of their customer is terrible. They just want money and hope you don’t realize you shouldn’t have paid for that service. Beware people !

I hesitated going to this Verizon location based on the reviews of other customers.
My surprise was all the employees were courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, professional, and friendly.
As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by Christian who helped me until my cell phone line and new account was all set up. I am grateful for all his patience and help. Thank you Jeff for leading a great team.
