i am disgusted of what this walgreens has come to i’ve watched this walgreens crumble to the ground these past few months.i have no clue what happened to the people who used to work here but they need new people who love theyre job. ill be taking my business to cvs.

Monica from photos department was amazing! She took care of my order. I sent a photo book near my house, they canceled without letting me know. I sent to the store near the party and she was able to help me in such a good manners for customer service,

The appointment system sucks! Logged in to my account that has all my data, made a vaccine appointment and filled out all the required paperwork. When I got to the pharmacy area there are multiple signs instructing those with an appointment to scan a QR code to check in. I did and received a message saying "You're checked in! Please go to the pharmacy waiting area. We'll call the patient's name when we're ready." After waiting 25 minutes the lady at the pharmacy asked me if I was waiting for something. When I told her I had checked in to my appointment 25 minutes before, she replied "Oh, you should have told me, let me check the system." What's the point of following the instructions on the app if your employees are not notified that someone checked in?!
Furthermore, I'm turning 50 in 3 weeks, and wanted to get the shingles vaccine with two others. My account has my date of birth, when I made the appointment I put my date of birth, when I checked in I had to put my date of birth.... but the lady at the pharmacy told me they can't give me the shot for another 3 weeks, until my 50th birthday. You can't program a system that checks the date of birth and notifies the person they are ineligible?
I cancelled the appointment and walked out. I'm getting my vaccines from Publix or CVS from now on.

I just left Walgreens on Greenview Shores and Wellington Trace. Not only was I not welcomed but there was some man in their stocking shelves just throwing boxes around and the man was at the register was as cold as ice. It was a nasty situation that I was more than willing to get out of immediately. The people that are usually there between the hours of 9:00 and 5:00 are usually very respectful and helpful but these two individuals obviously hate their job. When I mentioned that I would be posting on you they couldn't care less. I like this store just don't go in before 9:00 a.m.. if I wanted this kind of an experience I would have gone to Walmart.

absolutely disgusted by who this company hires to work in these stores, short older women with grayish hair i believe her name is moneca doesnt id a customer she knows but decides it would be appropriate to id my father. i think that is very hypocritical. you dont id one person dont id the rest

this stores has gone to the trash management is horrible nobody knows how to do anything i come to this store almost everyday and this has been the far worst ever. lines are extremely long cashiers have the worst attitude don’t shop here if you want to get treated badly

Nothing like sitting in a drive thru line at Walgreens after a long day of work on a Friday night when one car in front of you and it takes the staff 15 minutes to take care of them.. That's not even the best part of their usual routine.. once that car pulls away and you pull up NEVER get excited because never fails .. They go total MIA. Leaving you to wait.. wait time can vary from 5 to 15 minutes on the average . Yes, I've timed them multiple times. This pharmacy drive thru location is the absolute worst in the Western communities! You'd think after they finish with a customer they'd hang around for the next car to pull up but they don't.. Tonight may be the winner. After waiting 12 minutes from the time when the car pulled away that was in front of me I sat waiting and watching as the staff walked around looking like they were killing time as I watched the entire time I decided to honk my horn instead of stretching out of my front window to ring the bell and told the girl how long the car in front of me waited, how long I waited and was sitting there watching no one do anything thar even looked important. She apologized and acted shocked after hearing my first car honk. Before I left though I tried very hard to spare the car directly behind me and the 4 other cars by informing the associate that they were there STILL THERE..Well, mostly everyone was still there except the one smart car that backed out of the line.

The pharmacist manager super rude and I’m going through a sickness for my body is super unstable, and I had an incident with my medication and I need a refill earlier than my date, and this guy will not give me a refill, making a sound almost accusing me like I sold my medication or did some thing that I was supposed to do with it first of all it’s not an orthotic it’s not a medication that you can even abuse. I have an injury in my neck that’s basically causing me to go paralyzed and I have to deal with this guy accusing me of selling my nerve medication.Unbelievable

He never had one photo order go smoothly ever. There’s always something wrong with the prints, they’re never ready when they say they will be ready. There’s always coupons for 60 or 70% off unfortunately, you get even less than what you pay for.
