The pharmacist manager super rude and I’m going through a sickness for my body is super unstable, and I had an incident with my medication and I need a refill earlier than my date, and this guy will not give me a refill, making a sound almost accusing me like I sold my medication or did some thing that I was supposed to do with it first of all it’s not an orthotic it’s not a medication that you can even abuse. I have an injury in my neck that’s basically causing me to go paralyzed and I have to deal with this guy accusing me of selling my nerve medication.Unbelievable

Nothing like sitting in a drive thru line at Walgreens after a long day of work on a Friday night when one car in front of you and it takes the staff 15 minutes to take care of them.. That's not even the best part of their usual routine.. once that car pulls away and you pull up NEVER get excited because never fails .. They go total MIA. Leaving you to wait.. wait time can vary from 5 to 15 minutes on the average . Yes, I've timed them multiple times. This pharmacy drive thru location is the absolute worst in the Western communities! You'd think after they finish with a customer they'd hang around for the next car to pull up but they don't.. Tonight may be the winner. After waiting 12 minutes from the time when the car pulled away that was in front of me I sat waiting and watching as the staff walked around looking like they were killing time as I watched the entire time I decided to honk my horn instead of stretching out of my front window to ring the bell and told the girl how long the car in front of me waited, how long I waited and was sitting there watching no one do anything thar even looked important. She apologized and acted shocked after hearing my first car honk. Before I left though I tried very hard to spare the car directly behind me and the 4 other cars by informing the associate that they were there STILL THERE..Well, mostly everyone was still there except the one smart car that backed out of the line.

He never had one photo order go smoothly ever. There’s always something wrong with the prints, they’re never ready when they say they will be ready. There’s always coupons for 60 or 70% off unfortunately, you get even less than what you pay for.

LabCorp tech review: this review is solely based on the service I received today regarding my visit for bloodwork at the labcorp lab here at this Walgreens. I had an early morning appointment which was easily made online. Danielle was my tech. She was on time and called me back for my lab work. She was wonderful! Sweet, happy attitude, quick, efficient, and I didn't feel a thing! I was out of there in no more than 5 minutes! Where in the world can you go get blood work in and out in 5 minutes!? Here you can. I came in early on a Friday morning. I will be using this location from now on. No wait. No stress. No worries. Do it!

Rude tall dirty blonde pharmacist said she couldn’t tell me what prescription medications they had in stock, which is a lie. I called and asked a different Walgreens if they had the certain prescription I needed for me & they had no problem telling me. She needs to be trained better or leave, because thats ridiculous, it’s not a confidentiality issue to let customers know whether or not something is in stock. Every other pharmacist here is amazing tho ❤️

The service in the pharmacy is now horrible. I stayed at this pharmacy because the customer service was amazing. What a horrible experience! Find another pharmacy!!!!! There are so many now. The new "manager" not at all friendly, and treats certain people different than others is all I'm going to say!

Be aware of Open used, and expired Eye Drops.I bought a Refresh Optical Lubricant eye drops the box was sealed when I bought it. But the eye drop bottle inside the box was used, open and expired My husband and I used the eye drops one time by mistake and immediately got burning red eyes. We didn’t realize inside the box was another brand of drops, expire used, and open. We took the drops and the box to Walgreens and the pharmacist gave us a hard time believing us what’s we found inside the box was an open used eye drops. The store manager did the same. Terrible customer service.

Had to call the police!Worse pharmacy ever. My prescription was called in and I waited for a call to pick up. I decided to call to see when it would be ready and the pharm. aide could hear me just fine until I wanted to know when I could pick it up. Then all she said was

So I just walked in and apparently it's all good if someone walks in with a backpack and stuffs their pocket full of candy while the cashiers watch. Guess they're taking the theft like the rest of Walgreens stores.

I was in serious pain and not able to walk in to pharmacy, al I needed to make sure my rx is ready for pick up but after 4 calls , I was left on hold till phone finally disconnected my call! Simply no answers!!! Very poor customer service at the pharmacy on this location.
