Wells Fargo and this branch in particular, from the Manager on down is completely inept. They allowed an ACH to go through that was not authorized to the tune of several thousands of dollars. The worst part is they took no accountability. I have been told to get my money out of Wells Fargo for years. I am finally doing so. My New Year’s resolution. My recommendation is to stay as far away from them as possible.

Worst branch in Wellington or in that area, they lie tell you they have no appointments available but when you call the call center they have plenty.. Time to change your staff Wells Fargo..

Truly horrible experience establishing a business account. Going into 10 days since we were told the back office needs 72 hours. Tried calling the bank officer no answer, left a message and never had the decency to return my call. Will be escalating!

They wouldn’t let me deposit my check because they thought it would be fraud even though I told them I knew it wasn’t and to cash it anyway. I had to go to another location at Wells Fargo where they were able to deposit my check. Don’t go to this Wells Fargo!!!
