This branch needs to work on scheduling. They had ONE lady who was over capacity having to work BOTH the walk-in counter and the drive through! This caused long lines both in location and outside. All while there were 4 staff at desks and only 1 was helping customers. Train the desk staff to jump in and assist their counter co-worker or schedule more counter help.

The employees are always polite and incredibly helpful! I have been a customer at this location for 3 years with multiple accounts and they always take care of me with top notch service!

I wish I could leave half a star for this review because I think one star is too much for customer service in this location. I am not willing to have bank account with Wells Fargo but my car loan in on this bank and if I find a way I definitely will switch to another. I don't mind to put my name or email address for this review. This is what it goes, my husband went to pay the loan this morning and the banker refused to do that just because I was not there with my husband. I should add up that it is not the first time he was paying with my card. I wonder if they have different policy in this location. Account is on my name and loan as well. So what is the big issue to pay my loan through my bank account. Wells Fargo has all my information, I wonder why they didn't call me, I could confirm it. I called and talk to the banker directly. He explained all those policy which are very different only in this location and I asked to talk to manager,guess what?? Manager totally ignored me and he didn't pick up. What do I expect from a teller when manager is like that???!!!Very disappointing that I won't back to this location again.I am so sorry that I have bank account with Wells Fargo.
