“I love this store. The store itself is very clean, they have a great selection and fantastic customer service. My recent purchase, I was assisted by store representative, Dennis. He was great helping me look for a new shirt and I soon found the one I liked. Unfortunately, they didn’t have my size in stock but Dennis was quick to order the shirt with free shipping which I received in 2 days. Tommy Bahama shirts are one of the most nicest and comfortable shirts you can wear. Definitely will be back.”

There's something about the experience of just browsing through and reading all the shirts and looking at all the cool trinkets. “A pair of slacks I purchased didn’t make it into the bag, and I didn’t notice until two weeks later while unpacking the bag. It was another week before I spoke with the manager, Teresa. She gladly checked inventory and called me back to confirm she was over one pair. She mailed them to me, as I don’t live near the store, and I had them two days later. Great customer service!”

“Very friendly staff will help you find your size help you find the clothes you want and bring you clothing into the dressing room. The staff knows where everything is. The staff is not talking on their phone, looking at their phone, hiding in the back, or chatting with their friends. They will check you out quickly and efficiently. They will even hold your bags for you while you go out to the mall and shop for more items. It is the shopping experience you expect but unfortunately do not get elsewhere.”
