There's something about the experience of just browsing through and reading all the shirts and looking at all the cool trinkets. “Today I went into PacSun and I spoke with Jeremiah who was beyond helpful with me! Recently I had throat surgery so I had lost 30 pounds and I was unsure of what my size was and my style at this point. The moment I walked in Jeremiah was so helpful and so caring when it came to finding me a size and style that fit my personality to the tee. I have never been so helped in the retail department in my life he was so caring so helpful and super sweet when it came to finding me styles because I was unsure so when I told him go with your guy and what you think with the best for me he bought me stuff that I thought was perfect and I couldn’t ask for a better sales rep than Jeremiah !! If you go to PacSun please ask for Jeremiah he is the absolute best!!!”
“A pair of slacks I purchased didn’t make it into the bag, and I didn’t notice until two weeks later while unpacking the bag. It was another week before I spoke with the manager, Teresa. She gladly checked inventory and called me back to confirm she was over one pair. She mailed them to me, as I don’t live near the store, and I had them two days later. Great customer service!”

“I've been here before, but not for a while. Even so, I was surprised not to see a previous review by me for this store. I'm an Old Navy Shopper. I like the brand and have found many useful items at their stores in the past -- plus some very good Christmas gifts. And they've had some fun shirts for my husband. I wanted to come here to see what was new in stock. Even though they are a chain, there is sometimes a slight difference in what items each store carries. I really enjoyed this particular store. Everything was clearly marked, stacked very neatly, with lots of inventory, and easy to find. While browsing, I saw quite a few items that I liked. And I even brought a number of items into the dressing room to try on. My husband found a couple shirts on sale that were a bargain (really! one was $1.99.). So, adding in some things that fit me and that I knew I would get a lot of use out of, and were reasonably priced (they had many items at 30 to 40 percent off), I couldn't resist bringing them home. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that when I went to the check out that I had a few dollars in loyalty credits, so my purchase was even less expensive than I'd expected. Now that I have been here again, I shall be coming back more often.”

“This store was so cute, everything was boutique so nicely. So many cute outfits put together in each little trendy section. Prices were reasonable and items seemed like decent quality. Sale items were at a low price point. I was was inspired by this store at Wellington to go check out the website and I was so disappointed with the website. The store offered so much more when it came to sizes of sale item, outfitting, trend styling, I would definitely check out the store if you have never been there.”
“Very friendly staff will help you find your size help you find the clothes you want and bring you clothing into the dressing room. The staff knows where everything is. The staff is not talking on their phone, looking at their phone, hiding in the back, or chatting with their friends. They will check you out quickly and efficiently. They will even hold your bags for you while you go out to the mall and shop for more items. It is the shopping experience you expect but unfortunately do not get elsewhere.”

Even though it was during the high volume shopping period of the holiday season, they confirmed my order immediately and sent it out within a couple of days.
