I just wanted to a minute to express my gratitude and appreciation for the unbelievable service and help that Sean provided to me yesterday to help solve, and resolve, a blown fuse issue that I had going on with my truck. Sean was incredibly helpful and accommodating in both explaining to me how to spot the blown fuse and then further let me know that I actually already had a spare that could be used to replace the blown fuse.
Sean was absolutely fantastic in every sense and I will gladly be keeping all of my business and needs with this location. Can't say enough good things about the customer service that I received from Sean. Greatly appreciated!

Witnessed the manager being extremely unprofessional with customers because she didn’t want to return an item more than once for the same customer. Management should be held to a higher standard with communicating with customers and also not trying to do the least to avoid working.

My dad bought a dirt bike for my son and bought an item to remove the training wheels that had already been taped. He exchanged it for another item that was the wrong size. The girl said she wasn’t going to keep returning anything else because she already examined soothing for him twice. I came in to make the exchange to remove the wheels with the bike to ensure we had the correct size and she trespassed me because she said it was “her stored and she didn’t want to tape things all day. The last two item was in a click open package that didn’t not require tape or damaging the package to open or close.

Very helpful! I needed a new battery, they tested it, switched it out with a new one, and I was on my way home in about 20 minutes!

It’s oil recycling , not “oil dumping “, couldnt take my oil , because “truck was in “ . Could have offered to hold it atleast . I was going to spend money on tools too , took my business across the street. First time in over a decade I had a bad experience at advance .

Good prices (better than the Dealership prices!!!)
I like to do most of my own part changing... saved at least $130
on internal air filter and Motor Air filter (installing it myself)

I will go out of my way to make it to this Advanced Auto Parts after the service I experienced from this young gentleman. His friendliness and willingness to solve a problem go beyond any service I've experienced in years. When I came in last, we both were having trouble with a tire of mine. Since all the other employees were busy helping other customers, he was dedicated to solving the problem that day. He decided to CALL HIS DAD WHO WAS AT HOME to DRIVE TO THE STORE and help us solve the problem. I've never been served by an employee so willing to solve a problem in my life. What an amazing employee, give him the raise he deserves.

I purchased a battery in January of this year from this establishment. Today I had my car seviced at Toyota and was informed that my battery was faulty and needed to be replaced so I returned to advance auto for replacement. After testing my battery, they told me it needed to be recharged and retested. I was told it would be a 45 min wait and they could not remove my battery that it needed to be done by me. I told them I didnt have any tools to do so and had never heard such a thing. I was then pointed to a tool box I had to dig through to find the correct size tool. After removing the battey myself and getting a replacement, Will, the associate sends kenzi out with power tolls to install my battery. Shocked, I asked kenzi why at the very least wasnt I given power tools to remove my own battery at the very least and was told that its the policy. Ive been to all their competitors and never had an issue with installing a battery except from this espablishment, because of poor customer service I will no longer do buisness with this company.

Will is always knowledgeable and professional. He's my go to guy for those minor issues I sometimes have with my car. He got my wiper blades and graciously installed them for me even though his store was busy. As a busy woman I appreciated that extra kindness he showed me, that's why I only go to this location.

I only go to Advanced Auto Parts. I'm not mechanically inclined and they are ALWAYS happy to come out to my car and help me with diagnosis or even I stalling Parts. They've saved me alot of money by not having to go to an auto repair shop. (sorry mechanics)
