Went to Adventure Health on Easter for Vertigo I received excellent care. As soon as I got there they let me lay down, which was greatly appreciated. All staff members were very nice.

The good reviews are definitely paid for. An hour in a empty waiting room, one tech working up patients, and folks in the back sitting around laughing and talking. Mind you I was just put in a room waiting to be worked up for 15mins before I walked out and probably another 30 mins or so before I'm actually seen. Just refund me my copay and I'll try somewhere else where my time is valued.

Was good… nice facility, staff nice, PA that saw me was excellent. I had an appt and they saw me within 15 minutes of appt time. All in all I recommend.

Everyone from the front desk, the nurses and the doctor were great! Checking in was easy and didn't have to wait long to be seen.

My appointment at Centra Care for removal of Ear wax went extremely well. From check in to Nurse checking vitals to Physician Assistant Kylie to the tech who actually cleared my ears, everyone was pleasant and ready to help. Would recommend Centra Care to anyone who is looking for quick response to unexpected health issues.

HORRIBLE! When I arrived at this urgent care they told me it would be a hour wait and Made me pay a co-pay. I waited 35-40 minutes just for them to tell me I had to RESCHEDULE because they had something come up. I came to URGENT care because it was URGENT not something to be rescheduled! My 3 year old son had a head injury and was totally disregarded. This was VERY unprofessional and unacceptable and their 2nd time turning me around btw. I will NEVER return to this terrible establishment.
