I’m leaving this review for a family member. She was feeling really awful and checked in to receive care, communicated that to the lady and she sighed and rolled her eyes at her. ? She was being also being super sarcastic and rude. Sorry you hate your job, but TREAT PEOPLE BETTER. There’s no reason to act like an a** to people for no reason.

Initial visit was fine....called back today 6/2/22 still not feeling 100% and left a message. Rep told me it could be 24-36 hours before I hear from them. So much for Urgent Care...will not go there again!!

Person working there was so rude! Not professional! They also do not have a phone to reach them. Advent Health should definitely look into getting rid of this person and getting a replacement. Never will come back here! 0 stars!
