It’s only been about a week and a half, and a lot of my natural lashes have already fallen out. This is my first time here, but I’ve gotten my lashes done before and I’ve never had this much irritation or discomfort.

Never go there . big NOO. Very very unprofessional and Over priced , full set classic is $200 . Where you can get the same service near midtown or posh places at $100. They ruined my birthday ..
I had a 3:30 PM appointment and ended up sitting there for over an hour. I even removed my contacts and kept waiting, only to find out the lady wasn’t even there. The manager talked to me for half an hour, but they still couldn’t find a single person to do my lashes. It’s my birthday, and this experience was honestly unbelievable. They are not organized, not professional, and have no commitment to their customers. I wasted an hour here and now I can’t even get my nails done. Because I am late .This place is a complete disappointment—please stop scamming people and wasting their time.

I have been coming to this location for years and have always had a pleasant experience! I have had a few great stylists but I am currently working with Emily and she has been great, my lashes do last until my next fill, and sometimes I can even go a bit longer if needed. I love the convenience of multiple locations, membership, and reliability. Can’t wait for my next service!

The worst! The front desk staff is not to par for a 150$ monthly membership!
Lash stylist were always fine but had my brows laminated and wound up with bald spots in one, that has never happened to me at other establishments.
Don’t cancel and appointment.. no matter what even if it’s a serious health problem, they will take away your credits for service, no exceptions apparently you can wake up sick and contagious but still be expected to go in or loose your $, not a fee, an entire lash service your membership prepaid for.
Was not high end or super welcoming. Not worth the prices they charge.

I was late for my appt and the tech was only going to be able to do a fill. More than fine I went one week ago Thursday and I have 0 lashes. There’s nothing at all. I need to redo my lashes and I’m out $130. I will not be returning. I paid for a master stylist and if that’s their master their regular one must do nothing. I literally have no lashes left. I comb them with the brush and they all come out. I will not be returning and now I have to go spend more money to get them done the way they should be done. I’ve never ever had a worse lash job.

The lash technician who did my lashes was great! However, the front desk receptionist was not helpful. I had rescheduled my lash appointment twice and she said my credit was applied towards that. Never have I had credits taken for rescheduling when I went to another AmazingLash studio. Additionally, nobody told me this would happen when I’d call to reschedule. I wouldn’t have gone if I knew my credit was gone. She claimed that this was their locations policy, but after asking to read the policy I noticed it said absolutely nothing about rescheduling. I pointed that out and expressed my disappointment and frustration, yet she did not care. I asked when a manager would be in to discuss this and she replied by saying she doesn’t know. This was totally unexpected and different from any experience I’ve had with the company before. I’ve never heard of being charged for a reschedule. On top of that I got charged twice. I know that is probably due the card reader, but it only builds up my frustrations.

I am leaving 3 because the girl was so nice! However my lashes started to fall just hours after getting a full set it costs too much money for this to happen! I have been doing this a long time i know how to care for lashes so its not me! I think I am going to leave corporate lash studios and find a private tech! They are too high and do shoddy work! It does no good to complain they will just blame it on the client!

Young girls as workers lie about availability so they don’t have to work. Leave early so they don’t have to take appointments.Maybe because they are hourly and barely get much of the appt pay. Either way - this place is NOT suitable for the professional woman who manages her time tightly only to get disappointed. Especially at $200 plus for lashes. Second time I had an appt and was not seen here because of their issue. Corporate - don’t taut same day lash service for a premium and then turn customers away. Sucky operating model.

I was thrilled to get a lash lift, but I left feeling quite disappointed. Although I’ve never had one done before, I was expecting a significant improvement. However, after looking at before and after photos, mine looked exactly the same as before the procedure. I paid $130 plus tip for what I feel was a waste of money.
