I had an incredible experience with Marcela.. Her expertise and skill in lash extensions are truly commendable. I was amazed at how efficiently she completed a full set of lashes in just about an hour.The results were beyond my expectations; my lashes look natural yet glamorous. The girl (Jayden) put on 3D lashes when I specifically said multiple times I wanted 6D lashes & when I told her they didn't look right after she was done, she lied to my face, as did the receptionist, while they sold me additional products that would have been unecesssary had she given me the lashes I asked for in the first place. I was charged for 6D, spent a total of $250. At home this evening, the lashes already started to fall out & guess what, clumps of 3. This is no way for your employees to treat your customers! SHAME ON HER & YOUR COMPANY!!! WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH YOUR PEOPLE? I called my bank this evening & I am disputing the charge. I suggest you make this situation right or I will complain to corporate. TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!

Don’t do the monthly plan! It’s not worth the money and they charge extra for everything. Also it automatically comes out even after you try to pause. And they will not give you your money back

I've been getting my lashes done here since Sept '22 (its Mar '23) and have a stylist that I like but she doesn't work Thursdays. Since I needed an appointment on Thursday I went to the website and booked the first available stylist. It showed the same price I usually pay and sent my confirmation email with the date/time (no price). When I showed up the girl at the front desk was on the phone with a client, looked at me and said my name, I said yes, then she said you're all checked in you can go wash your lashes. I walked to the back and when I came out my stylist called me to the room. After the appointment I went up front to pay and the girl told me they were charging a $30 master stylist fee. I asked why and she said the stylist went to extra training and is faster. I said the price I was shown when booking was $150. She went to the back and said there was nothing she could do. Another woman came out and said they have a sign over there (pointed to a register I was not at and no sign where I checked in) and that they take their fees seriously. I repeated what I was quoted and she said well our website doesn't show it and we probably didn't tell you when you came in because you're not a new customer. I asked if it goes directly to the stylist and she said yes. She later changed her story to say half goes to the stylist and half goes to the business.The whole situation just feels like a scam and who knows what other hidden fees they might make up. Not to mention it's a terrible business practice to lose a client worth potentially thousands over $30 but unfortunately for them there are plenty of lash stylists in the area. If they would've just apologized and taken responsibility, even as little as just $5 off to acknowledge their mistake and website error, I would've stayed as a client with my normal lash stylist. Maybe even for no discount if they were really nice but to argue and never apologize, no thank you.Tip for the business: if you can't figure out how to make your website show who is a master stylist so at least there is some idea that clients are booking a different service just add it as part of the stylists name

Such an amazing experience for first time visit. My lash specialist Tahmaya was absolutely amazing. Courteous, professional and had such a beautiful personality and smile. I will definitely come back just because of her and how the rest of the staff was so pleasant!

Techs not very experienced. Apparently they don’t even follow their own procedures and documents notes after each member because they gave me the wrong length 2x because techs aren’t doing what they’re suppose to. So that’s 2 credits I’ve wasted on lousy work. One time my lashes just started following out in the first couple of days…granted I went in for a correction and the tech did an ok job and they stayed for a good min. My past experience is just terrible. They gave me the wrong length again. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was contacted to correct with their “master stylist”. I took off work and was literally on my way to the appt with less than 15 min before my appt start just for them to call me to cancel and give me an appt almost a week out. I think you would know more than 15 min before an appt starts that the stylist isn’t gonna be there so I’m not buying it. This place has inconvenienced me big time all while taking my money. Hard pass!UPDATE: I just want to say Donna is truly a woman of business and takes pride in the establishment. She really does her best to listen, and correct any deficiencies and I appreciate that. Unfortunately, I do not have enough confidence in the techs.Service: Eyelash extensions

There is 2 parts to my review1. The services are overpriced, I have had to go back on multiple occasions the very next day due to so much fall out of my lashes and yes, I follow allllll of the aftercare instructions.2. This review is for Chrishelle (I hope I am spelling her name right) She is the ONLY one in this establishment who really knows lash placement to prevent them from falling out. She is fast, efficient and professional. She needs her own lash business because I would be a loyal customer to her and her ONLY! 5 stars for her, but 3 for Amazing Lash.

I was charged for refill after 6 months of inactivity on my account. I called to get a refund and apparently they don't do them, even though I literally have not had a service there in half a year. I was finally able to cancel my account today thankfully. Last time I tried they talked me into "pausing" my membership. Which by the way they DO NOT notify you when there is an upcoming charge. I don't understand how this is legal and hope there is some kind of class action lawsuit someday. All that being said, don't waste your time and money here. There are other places that offer lash services cheaper without scamming you into a membership.

I hate this scam artist place. They do a poor job of not only putting on the lashes but have no customer service skills what so ever. Please do yourself a favor and find a better lash place.

I honestly do not know who hired that manager with extremely short hair working the front desk, but it seems like she has no idea what’s going on. When it comes to explaining the terms of my contract, she seems to be so lost. Any time I come in and she’s there, I always seem to have a problem in one way or another. She basically embarrassed me in front of another customer during my last visit making it seem like there was an issue with my account and insinuated that I would have to pay for this appointment. All she needed to ask was if I would authorize them to run my card today to obtain credit for this appointment. Instead she told me she’d have to “review” my account when I knew there wasn’t ever a problem to begin with! All of this took place in front of another customer, which to me was highly inappropriate. I almost wanted to cancel my membership because of her, but I absolutely adore my lash tech and couldn’t imagine looking for anyone else. If I continue to have an issue every time that woman is running the desk, I’m going to have to cancel my membership. Other than this issue, I’ve never been so satisfied with my lashes before. The cleanliness of the facility is superb. I like being a customer there, but that manager has to go!Service: Eyelash extensions

I don’t think I’ve ever had such a poor experience as a customer. It takes a lot to upset me. I left horribly embarrassed. From the moment I walked to when I left, the staff was rude. Bullying would be more correct. I cancelled my membership and they BETTER NOT charge me. My lashes were askew and falling out after 4 days. I truly took care of them. It’s ridiculous to be so unprofessional. I’m sad and still embarrassed 2 days later.Service: Eyelash extensions
