I’ve been here a few times and each time has been pleasant. Most recently I went in 5 minutes before closing, and they still greeted me kindly, and because I was in a rush, I insisted not to try the clothes on, but Bella and the other two staff members encouraged me to try the items on and when they didn’t fit, they helped me find the right fit and style forever grateful because now my work event will go off with this success in style

This is a factory outlet store which normally means old season clothes, clearance, sometimes not good enough for regular retail so why are these prices so much higher than a regular Ann Taylor Loft store? It doesn't make sense.Also, why would you not offer an extended return policy for Christmas purchases? Most stores have those starting in October.

I purchased a sweater at this store a week ago for my daughter for Christmas. When I returned home, I noticed their return policy said 30 days. I called the store and asked about the return policy and explained that the purchase was a Christmas gift. The sales clerk said if you return an item after 30 days — even if you have the receipt — and the item was on sale or clearance, you would get a store credit for the lowest price for that item. Totally ridiculous! Today I returned the sweater and got a credit on my card for the amount I paid. You can be sure I won’t be shopping there again any time soon.

Wonderful experience. Marie my sales assistant was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the products and was absolutely charming. I even went back the next day to buy another top.

I needed a professional outfit for a photo shoot. I stopped by two stores right next to Ann Taylor. Not a hello, not even eye contact to see me smiling at them. Pretty dead store. Saw others walk in and the same thing to them at both. I was irritated by that alone so I left. I walked into AT. Instant light! The nice gentleman at the register said hello right away. I instantly felt comfortable. Walking through the beautiful store I was greeted by a sales associate who asked if I needed help and helped me find things I didn’t know were there and were on sale. She was just as excited as I was! It was such a pleasure. I left feeling so happy with my experience and my purchases. Will always shop there!

My shopping experience today was phenomenal and it was all because of the customer service I received. Thank you to Morgan for all of the help and attention she showed me today. She really made me feel like a valued customer. I had such a wonderful time and I can't wait to wear my new pieces!!

Had the best shopping experience today - although, truth be told, I always get great service! Terrance was fabulous! I love when women clothing stores hire gentlemen, and Terrance didn't miss a beat! So helpful and striking at the same time! I'll come back just to see Terrance!

I love this store....I love the clothes and the amazing and deeply discounted clearance items, when you can find them. I live the variety of sizes and styles available. I love the customer service I have experienced each and every visit. Checkout has always been efficient and friendly. The store is always clean and items are nicely arranged. I have developed a really bad habit of looking at the ceiling vents pretty much everywhere I go...bad because this seems to be one area most frequently neglected. I did notice the vents in the changing rooms would benefit from some attention.

I love how Ann Taylor always has petite sizes!! I found a pair of ankle pants in that new trouser cut that were like $90 pants and I got them for 60$!! This is the only Ann Taylor I will ever go back to!!
