“Our whole experience with this store guarantees we will shop there again as the need arises for various appliances in our home. Beth, the store manager was fantastic; very helpful. The price was very right on the appliance we selected; the delivery and installation was as advertised; right on time, plus the tracking app showing us where the driver was related to when our delivery was scheduled was perfect. I can't imagine getting this kind of service and satisfaction from the so-called traditional, big box stores. Famous Tate is it, period!”

“I have AppleCare and had a very small crack on my 16 pro max so decided to go through geek squad instead of the Apple Store bc it’s far away and they still use genuine Apple parts. I came in 30 min early for appointment and they still got me right in. In less than 40 min my screen was repaired which is pretty impressive. And it’s a genuine apple screen which I confirmed in settings rather than a knockoff cheap screen. They did a did great job. I’ll be going back if I have another AppleCare claim”
