*** BUYER BEWARE*** I had a terrible experience with Ashley Furniture at their Wesley Chapel location. Not only did they provide false information about their products, but their customer service was abysmal. It's a shame to see military service members wasting their hard-earned money here. Buyers beware, as you're likely to encounter deceptive practices and subpar quality. Avoid Ashley Furniture at all costs.Adding insult to injury, Ashley Furniture's insurance is an absolute rip-off. Don't fall for it! Their claims department is utterly useless, reverting back to the store instead of actually assisting customers with their issues. Save yourself the headache and avoid purchasing their insurance altogether. It's just another way they take advantage of unsuspecting customers.It's no wonder Ashley Furniture has faced class-action lawsuits. With their deceitful practices, poor customer service, and substandard products, it's clear they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. My experience with them only confirms why so many customers have taken legal action against them. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Ashley Furniture.

Associates at the store are incredibly aggressive sales people. Don’t give you enough space to browse and follow you around the store. Store purposefully doesn’t provide WIFI which made pulling up information needed to complete the order impossible as cell service is non existent.When we did need service Luna was quick to help and deliver great service. Because of the lack of WiFi we needed to complete the order on the phone and Luna was not available but was able to have her leader call and complete the order. All of which was completed friendly and efficiently.However while talking to Luna in store we were not advised that the corner piece was on back order which meant the order could not be sent out for over a month. Information that would have been useful during the aggressive sales pitch.

Ordered a couch from Linda a month ago, was told it was in stock. Confirmed delivery with dispatch and two back to back days the couch was not delivered despite having verbal confirmation via phone and emailed confirmation. A woman who was allegedly a dispatch supervisor named Jay was horrendous and should consider a new profession. At this point our sales rep is unresponsive, as is the store, and we have no resolution from dispatch. Don’t shop here. Plenty of other locations and/or furniture options that care. Complete insanity to pay for an item that you do not have and the company not to make it a priority to fix it.

My partner and I had a fantastic experience here! Luna was a tremendous help and assisted us in getting a new sofa (as well as other furniture too). I seriously cannot thank her enough for making the process as seamless and easy as possible!

Evan Alperstein was our salesperson and he went above and beyond to make sure that we had all the information we needed and to answer all of our questions. He was friendly and knowledgable. We know he had other customers, but he made us feel like we were the only ones. We could not be more satisfied with the service.

Her attentive assistance and eagerness to understand our needs truly made our shopping experience exceptional. Sanita's proactive approach, tirelessly guiding us through the showroom and ensuring we found the perfect pieces at the best prices, was commendable. The entire staff exuded friendliness, contributing to our overall satisfaction. We look forward to returning for our future furniture needs, thanks to the outstanding service we received.

Very disappointed on how they handled my most recent purchase ! I purchased a 2000 dollar small sectional that is displayed in the entrance of their store, just a few weeks later the cushion sinks significantly ! Very cheap material… all what they did was send me a a replacement of the inside without the case while their tech told me it will happen again !One of the sales people in the store got very defensive when I told her what the tech told me and said “ he doesn’t know what he’s talking about “Very inconsistent and neglectful while spending this much of a price tag !

Customer service is stellar. Our salesman, John Santiago, is extremely knowledgeable of complimentary pieces, sales (most importantly, the end date) and finance options. Even better, his timely response to inquiries and even notifying us of upcoming vacation time so that we’d know his availability.Our new construction home was considerably delayed and frustrating, but his pleasant demeanor and willingness to continue to work with us, shows his commitment to providing superior service.

I was greeted by Paulette Coney with a smile immediately upon entering the store. I found out that Paulette is a certified sleep expert. She must be an interior designer - because she amazingly helped me to furnish my entire home. I purchased my living room and bedroom furniture. The bed is extremely comfortable and all of the furniture coordinates amazingly in my home. Thank you so much Paulette. I could not have done this without you and your helpful recommendations. This furniture store is amazing with many options and sales. The men that delivered the furniture did an excellent job! I had an overall wonderful experience at Ashley!
