The man there tells you your monthly bill will be one thing and when you get your bill you find out he added a bunch of extra charges on your account. This location has done this to both my wife and me. This is absolutely ridiculous and they are stealing money from people.

We visited this AT&T store on 6/11/ 25 & returned on 6/12/25. Ivan was very attentive. He answered all of our questions and was very informative. Thanks to him, my husband and I walked out with 2 new Samsung S-25+ phones. Kudos to him for his patience and for being so knowledgeable.

Yesterday I visited the ATT store on 54, Wesley Chapel. Cory received us with a positive attitude and made my husband and I feel welcome. He answered all our questions, presented different plans that would suit our needs. Helped us transferred all our data to our new phones without rushing us. Definitely that’s the place to go for phones, tablets and more.

Ivan and Corey were some of the best people at their job I've ever seen. They got everything and more that I needed done and in as much of a timely manner they could. I was never left waiting on them and they did everything they could to satisfy every customer's needs in the store. They also gave me the best deal I could have been quoted by any phone company.

I am totally recommending the representative, Sergio, that helped me at the 28345 S.R. 54 Location in Wesley Chapel, FL. He was patient and very knowledgeable. He was awesome! I would definitely work with him again, if I have another issue. (Note: when the text survey came, I mistakenly pressed #1 instead of #5)

Do not shop at this location. The representative at this store worked with us on an upgrade plan. We traded in 4 phones for new ones and was told that under the new plan, we would get credit for our old phones.
That did not happen for 2 of our devices. After 6 mos. of going back and for the with the store manager and the corporate office, our situation has not been resolved.
The corporate office now states that the plan offered to us expired two days before we signed up and there is nothing that they can do.
Avoid this location. The store manager did not want to share his last name nor the name of the district manager. Not very good business practice!

Came in looking to add a tablet to my line Cory was extremely helpful answered all my questions and got me out the door and the tablet shipped to my house because they didn't have any close. If you need help with you AT&T service or looking to switch this is the store to go to!!!!
