Jillian was fan-tabu-lous thank you for being so nice and pleasant and she has a wonderful personality was making us laugh every few minutes she has really good energy and work flow. She was highly professional and I don't have to remind her of anything we came into the store to accomplish and it was quite a bit. Just really some minor accessories but she got us taken care of so fast got everything billed to the installments super simple saved us some money said we're welcome to pay it off in full whenever or let the payments ride out.
They didn't have the Apple Pencil Pro but she checked anyway she installed my screen protectors and she did a pretty good job for being new she's still in training and I was very surprised to see that seeing that she didn't seem to miss a beat.
She always took care of my mom's screen protector with the lifetime replacement I was about to purchase another one she stopped us and had reviewed the account where she found a prior purchase making the $10 lifetime replacement eligible that saved us at least $45-55 dollars. The screen protectors aren't cheap.
I really wish we would've bought my IPads with her to give her a commission just because I felt more taken care of by Jillian at this Corporate Wesley Chapel store than in the ones on the whole other side of town. I'll try and bring my business directly to Jillian even though we live a bit out and I will refer everyone to her she was genuinely nice and caring.

Unscrupulous.It’s all about the upsell. Went to the store to acquire a new iPad as I needed one quickly. The sales rep informed me they did not have it in stock. I asked about the inventory at the other AT&T store further south on Bruce B Downs or any other number of options to acquire an iPad. The sales rep realizing a sale was about to be lost, paused then informed they could have the iPad delivered to my home by 3pm the following day. I was clear how important I needed it to finish off some details for a business deal. Here it is 430pm and the iPad is not here nor according to the tracking number, it has not left the shipping department. I feel taken advantage of, lied to, and manipulated. Shame on AT&T. Tell the customer exactly what they want to hear to clear a sale, then results be darned. Shame.
Update: just received updated tracking details and the iPad will not be received until Monday afternoon. Nearly 5 days after it was “promised” by the rep in store. Horrible experience, never again in person.

Phenomenal customer service. Employees make the brand. I had switched to AT&T back in IL but my trade ins got messed up. I stopped at this location to see if they can help me and even though I wasn’t purchasing anything they couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. Great job guys, keep it up!

The service you receive depends on the commission they’ll receive. Better off calling at&t yourself and sitting on hold for hours before entering this location. Was having trouble setting up my new phone, went in for assistance and was charged just for them to confirm. Once they realized how simple the problem was, & all I needed was confirmation, I was not given my money back. Then listened to them speak as if I, the customer could not hear them. Completely unprofessional .

We loved our experience with Jill J!! She was helping out at 1770 Bruce B Downs Blvd in Wesley Chapel. Usually we don't get the service that I expect from a customer service industry when we go to this location, but she made our visit enjoyable. It felt like 'friends and family'. She greeted us with a smile and she was upbeat. She even held the door for when we entered. She's super bubbly, yet very professionally efficient. Working with her has been our best encounter with AT&T. We'll travel to whichever store She's working at now. Thanks Jill!

I had a big problem and was told by customer service that I should go to a store.
Unfortunately I was confronted by Mr. Ryan, a rather rude employee, full of silly comments and trying to be sarcastic - but not succeeding for clear reasons. He also tried to bully me with my non-native English.
Unfortunately a single employee brings down the reputation of a store.

Went in to get help with activating a prepaid service. Was told they can’t help and they tried to sell me another service. Went to another AT&T and was activated within 5 minutes.
