The absence of the friendly manager at the entrance is noticeable. She was exceptionally helpful, ensuring everyone felt welcomed and had their questions answered. Presently, the staff remains in their cabins, neglecting customer needs. Although the counter staff is supportive, there are only two of them, and they've had to enter the cabins to seek assistance. It's disheartening and disappointing to witness this shift in service quality.

BofA plays with people money. Placed a certify check into my account for them to hold it without cause. 10 day hold and gave me no reason for holding my own money. Not happy with this place.

Worst customer service ever the females in that bank have no skills and sticks up thier behinds are not willing to help you when you have been a Customer for years And I had to make 3 trips to get anything done your a banker be professional and not telling the customer there is nothing you can do there is always something you can do they just did not want to help.

Extremely poor costumer service. 2 associates (Dino & a girl with no name tag) chit chatting behind counter... I was the only person in line. I wasn't even acknowledged for a good 2 minutes. Then I was told to wait. There are several associates. 1 customer. Why am I waiting 10 minutes to be helped?!

Poorest customer service ever. If you need to do something at this place, be ready to be treat like they own you a huge favor. Can’t even count the number of times they have made me feel uncomfortable there. Today May 3, 2022 around 11:00am I went to the branch in 1910 Bruce B. Down in Wesley Chapel, Fl. They denied me a service (notarized document) because the other person didn’t have an account with them. Absolutely out of place.

I am not surprise with this branch having 2.2 Stars which should be 0 worst customer service staff don’t follow guidelines and refuse services and push for appointments absolutely ridiculous coworkers cover each other on the inaptitud they have ,unbelievable im lost for words Bank of America you really need to give training to this branch staff, BOA stop acting like a third world bank .

Always have been very well served at this branch, today I had to send a wire but didn't know how to make an appointment via the web, was received by Corey who's always at the helm and watching the changing winds, he told me I would need to wait which was quite normal as there were many appointments and one officer was missing. As soon as the line for the cashiers went null, he asked Jasmine to change position and put on her other hat and she help me with my wire. It seem to me that Corey doesn't let anything escape his attention to the different movements in the branch and takes action as soon as warranted. I believe Jasmine one day will take Corey's job once he's promoted to a higher position. GOOD JOB

If I could give a negative star I would, worst BOA branch I have seen, I am never gonna come back, and am considering pulling all my money and moving it over to chase bank, due to the discrimination we encountered at this branch, never felt such humiliation in my life, I am going to make sure my complaint reaches corporate, since this should never happen at a reputable bank, I walked in with my friend who has recently arrived in the USA with on an immigrant visa, and he wants to open an account and deposit his money, which normally people do, the receptionist working there at 11 am on Saturday 02/05/2022, seemed to have an attitude, couldn’t get his named card, we explained to him that we need to open an account for my friend and showed the him all documentation, the receptionist started to interrogate us as if he was an immigration officer, about the legality of my friends info, even though we gave him documentation, I then explain to him my friend is staying with me and is going to use my address, since he just arrived i n the US and I can sign off on anything for him to use my address, he the replies “he has to have is own address with his own utility bills with his own lease agreement and we have to wait until we get mail with my friends name on the address”which doesn’t make absolutely any sense because all we are doing is opening a checking account and depositing his money in it, which we explained, for anyone recently arriving to the US with an immigration visa, getting and address and utilities takes a long time, since you need credit to build to be able to do that, so that takes about 2-4months, so my friend needs to walk around with stack of cash in his pockets, for months before he can get a checking account which is ridiculous, we asked when was this implemented, he said 2 months ago, we go to another Bank, and they were very friendly and accommodated us and we were able to open my friends account with no problem, and never once asked us any unnecessary discriminatory immigration questions
