Feb 22,2025. Staff is Always helpful, working hard to stock, especially on candle sales or body care products bogo sales, we always go for the buy 3 and get 3, love the body washes, facial cleansing, and body creams, so wife gets her sprays or lotions. I get my faves. Men and women of all ages could find something, travel size products available. The Disney princess themed scents were a little underwhelming, wife wasn't to impressed. But if you go when they have sales, or you got rewards, price is justified but the quality and quantity of products. Download the app, check websites, get email updates.

Always a great time at this location. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They can make recommendations if your fave is out of stock and discontinued. You might come out a few dollars lighter because you find so many great things.

Every time I come the female employees are always so nice and helpful and I appreciate their customer service. Today I came in and again I was greeted by a very friendly female associate who was very helpful as she saw i had a return. As I approached the counter I was assited by a male associate who was very snarky and acted like I was inconveniencing him by needing to conduct a return. He said I was only going to get $3 for my return (which was inaccurate). I will obviously return cause I love BB&W but will certainly avoid him in the future.

Their sales after Christmas are amazing! I can't keep buying the candles though bc of the ingredients they use.

I will never come to this store again. I couldn’t find something so I asked the male associate and he would not show me where the item was. Like if you’re going to be that lazy you need a different profession. Customer service should be the top priority especially during the holiday season.
