Bealls is a great store!! I took my Mom to Beall's at The Groves Mall and she bought some clothes and a purse and I proceeded to take her to some other clothing stores around there and she found nothing at any of them. So, then I took her to the Beall's in Land o' lakes and she finished her shopping there. So, I guess what I am saying is that if I could give Beall's 10 stars, I would!!

Love this place! This location didn't initially show up on the GPS. It showed up while I was doing a Google search. The staff were so polite, friendly, helpful, etc. I carried on a good conversation with one of the employees for several minutes and she also nice we could've kept talking for hours! They get inventory in at least 3 times per week so they stay loaded and there's always something awesome to find. Better selection of goods compared to other outlets I've been to.

I have stopped several time at this location…never meet this WOMEN. She’s taking to different level pretending to be detective🕵️. Following me in different areas acting she’s cleaning GIRLS chill you are just employe no more no less. Even though I tried to talk to her about her behavior SHE WAS DEFENSIVE😅. A regular stop for me when I'm out shopping. The store has good inventory that is different from Ross and TJMAXX. Staff is friendly and highly visible throughout the store.

Most organized and cleanest clothing shop at the Grove. Staff is very helpful and unbelievably polite.

now i love a good bargain, but i will never step foot into this bealls ever again, first i was shopping in the soap and bath section and the cashier was starring at me as if i was going to steal something, i was also with my mom and little sister for context, i found a lot of items that i wanted to purchase so i walked to grab a cart but as i was trying to get a cart there was a large family and a bunch of kids running around so it prevented me from grabbing a cart in a timely manner, i guess the lady thought i was stealing (even though no door opened and neither did any alarm go off) because she ran to where i was pulling a cart and was starring at me, it made me extremely uncomfortable and i felt like a was being racially targeted and profiled, the women was a white woman, she’s older you can tell in the face, she has some wrinkles and she has this red orange toned brown hair and she very tall, she made me extremely uncomfortable, ig that’s why she was wearing tennis shoes, so that she can run to see if someone is stealing, what a racist women, she should be fired, it’s 2023, has she never any person of color shop at a bealls before?

The store manager Kim, treats her employees like trash. Only worried about herself and her persona, NOTHING else and nobody’s feelings. (a year later and still no change, also the asm is now just as bad) joke of a place
