After waiting about 30 minutes in laptop area I was later told them were understaffed. Then a amazing lady name Maria walked over and saved the day. I was very unsure what laptop. She was very knowledge in the area and if she did not know the answer she looked it up instead of guessing. I was not sure what laptop I wanted but i really appreciated how Maria was not pushy and did not try to pressure me into buying the most expensive laptop but instead helped me pick the laptop that fit my needs. Really happy with my purchase and i appreciated Maria help i will be looking for help assistance if i need help in best buy.

id give less stars if i could. Best buy sent a representative out to measure our cabinets "Bill Manglapus". we ordered a oven and microwave based on his recommendation and measurements. We also were advised by him to cut the cabinets so it would fit. Delivery day comes and the oven will not fit with the microwave. Bill comes out again takes measurements and comes up with a lesser expensive model that will fit. They take that oven back then deliver a new oven and install it. The microwave wasn't in yet so we waited an additional 2 weeks. Today they came to install the microwave and it didn't fit. Bill's remedy is now for me to call best buy customer support. Has anyone done that lately? I have and i'm still on hold 35min later. This is absolute poor service.

Most of the folks that work there were very helpful. I bought 3 things there and had to return 2. No problem.
