They wanted to send my car to another location complaining that location didn’t have work and needed work, I obliged to help the other location out, long story short, the other location causes a myriad of problems with the car, the Wesley chapel manager refused to speak to me on multiple occasions leaving me to have to drive 20 miles to the other shop. What a nightmare company. Absolutely zero positive customer service. Spoke up their entire chain of command with zero resolve. It’s been 6 months. I am a reasonable person and reasonably patient, and wish that could’ve been reciprocated.

I was recently in an accident. Someone hit me from behind. I have been dealing with constant back pain. At least the process of getting my car fixed was the least of my worries because it was in good hands. Repaired rear end damage to my 2010 Nissan Titan. Communication was amazing throughout the process. Truck repair was flawless and work done in schedule. Could not be happier. Great communication throughout. Easy drop off and pick up with coordination with rental car.

These people at Caliber are outstanding, my vehicle was done ON TIME and looks brand new. Everything went smoothly and they were very very friendly and professional every step of the way. No issues, no hassles, no unnecessary work, everything looks perfect. And the price was literally less than HALF of what I waa quoted elsewhere. They even detailed my SUV, it looked as good as it did at the dealership when I drove it off the lot - HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You won't do better than CC.
