**Updating my review because this place is really on their P's and Q's when it comes to customer service. Meaning they take good care of you! Following my initial review, I was contacted about my concerns by Raphael and he made sure to walk thru and review each concern. Raphael went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied following the detailed tune up. My mufflers were aligned and the gap was closed. I was happy with their work and will recommend this location because their customer service is top tier..especially for a car service shop.------original review:Following an accident where I was sandwiched between two cars, I figured it was a good place to take my car for repairs.Customer service is good. Especially Lisa at the front desk. Very friendly. Getting my rental was a breeze. Although I requested text updates, I had to call and request updates. No biggie. Once my car was ready, I was excited to pick it up, expecting quality work.I was** disappointed with the repairs. I still have a gap in the front grill, and the back panel is not flush with the rest of the car. I also had misaligned mufflers.

Title: A Deeply Dissatisfying Experience at Caliber Auto RepairRating: 1/5 StarsI am regrettably compelled to write a review for Caliber Auto Repair due to the lackluster and overall discouraging experience I recently had. I visited the shop hoping for convenience and a quick resolution for my daughter's car repair, but what ensued was a series of disappointments proving damaging to their service reputation.Upon our arrival, it was clear something wasn't right; an individual from the back office was already telling the receptionist about an error they made regarding our appointment. Despite their mistake, they reassured us they would still look at the car. We had been given an online estimate which we accepted, though we clearly communicated we were expecting an in-person estimate.Our dissatisfaction rose when "Mike", their representative, came from the back showing clear signs of frustration and irritation. His demeanor was immediately off-putting, as he began to question the legitimacy of the online quote by claiming that there would inevitably be deeper damage that couldn't be seen in the photos. This was perplexing and contrary to what the receptionist had assured us, that their online quotes are generally accurate.When Mike inspected the car, he instinctively mentioned several unaccounted damages before even thoroughly investigating the vehicle. His rush to inflate costs was further evidenced when he brought up issues under the hood without any clear inspection.It was disheartening when he mentioned that an exact estimate would cost us $400. He later conferred with the General Manager who confirmed they could give an accurate estimate, but with the caveat that they would leave the car disassembled. They pointed out that it was a service typically reserved for insurance quotes, which made me feel uncomfortable as a self-paying customer. It seemed odd that they were more concerned about whether I was going through an insurance company for the repairs, rather than focusing on providing transparent service.After a frustrating two-week wait, the best they could give me was a vague estimate ranging from $3,000 to $6,000 above the initial online quote. This left me feeling like I had wasted my time, and their conduct led me to feel that they favored clients who processed claims through their insurance rather than self-payers.In conclusion, I am sadly disappointed and underwhelmed by Caliber Auto Repair's customer service, transparency, and overall operations. As customers, we expect unbiased service, clear communication, and respect. I feel that during this experience, I received none of the above. If they truly value their customers, then significant improvements are required.My daughter would like me to add the Receptionist was kind and appeared to be new at her job; which is an accurate statement.

Very professional and friendly. Jason is very knowledgeable and friendly . The receptionist can put you in a happy mood. She's very friendly. She put me in a good mood and my car was totaled. Who knew that was possible.

The caliber team was amazing helping me get back into my own car. My car had some extensive damage and it took them almost a month, but the car looks brand new it even drives better. Like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!Services: Steering & suspension repair

Worst experience, I’ve had getting my car repaired ever. STAY CLEAR…. They ordered wrong parts when I went to pick up the vehicle. The paint quality was poor. They stayed with the vehicle to repair it again. I ended up going over my policy limits for a rental and then when I got the vehicle back the second time there was still a vibration in the car, and a wheel was warped that needed to be replaced. They wanted me to bring the car back and pay for a rental again, and I ended up taking it to the dealership to get a courtesy car… extremely disappointed not recommended. Here’s all the mistakes on the car in the photos. The first time I went to pick it up.

The caliber collision staff of Wesley Chapel went over and beyond with their customer service. Charles kept me informed during the entire repair process and I received text message notifications as well regarding updates on my car. They had my vehicle ready before the estimated date of my repairs being complete and my car looks brand new like nothing ever happened. They also cleaned/detailed the inside and outside of my car which I was not expecting at all. Their customer service was over and beyond and I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of vehicle repairs. Thank you so much to all staff, especially Charles and the employees who replaced my back windshield, repaired the scratches on my side door panels, & cleaned my car inside and out! 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Services: Painting

I took my vehicle for repairs to the front bumper. The paint color difference is bad. The bumper is clearly a different color than the rest of the car. I took it back and they repainted a second time and it is still off. Pictures speak a thousand words!

Flawless work on my Aluminum Body Ford F-150 insurance claim due to someone hitting my truck in a parking lot. Only issue was them not putting the Truck Bed “Topper” back on correctly and some parts/hardware of it were missing. Truck was returned to me in immaculate condition inside and out! I highly recommend them for body repair!

Totally impressed with caliber! I turned in my car on a Monday and it was done the following monday. The body work is amazing. The rental was also easy! Hopefully I don't have to use them again but if I do, I will definitely use Caliber! ?Service: Body & Trim

Tried to get estimate online, but system would not accept photos. Walked into location, employee not helpful indicated estimate appointments booked out for over 1 1/2 months. How is this possible? Who is waiting 2 months to get repairs completed. If business is that good, please add additional staff to handle work load.
