I work in the customer service industry, and I will say today I went to a Chase branch where I always go to, and the lady had no matter of helping me to cash a check out. I go to this Chase branch, and Madelien I believe her name was, helped me out was very professional well spoken, and actually helped me out with my situation if I can give this place 10 out of 10 stars I would I have no regrets super happy of how they accommodated me and the time being there was simple, easy and quick I want to say thank you again for helping me out and not just throwing me aside for cashing a checkout.

Not friendly hours for people who work 8-5 M-F. I made an appointment to speak with someone over the phone. No one ever called. They are not interested in helping their clients.

I arrived at 4:30pm and was greeted by 4 employees gathered around chatting. We asked to open a checking account and were told we would need to come back another day because it takes about an hour to open an account and it was 4:30pm. I was so surprised, an hour seems excessive for a basic checking account. The branch may have been open but clearly not for customer service!

I have a business account with a Chase bank about 5 years. I was very happy with a bank, but this location, every time I visit, is disappointing me. This is the worst Chase location. Employees are always rude and unprofessional.I have never been able to resolve anything from this location. Specially Jedalys Torres Saunders, I don't know why the bank is keeping this girl she is very unprofessional and rude.On one of my visits, I tried to talk to the manager, Yismaldy Larios, about this girl, but she also didn't want to listen at all. Now I understand why this location has so many rude employees.

Timely service, was greeted when we were there and soon our appointment started. Even though the lady was a bit of “know it all” she was willing to help. The staff at the 2 counters was friendly.

They never get things done. We come here and the tellers are never in the front to help long lines… and go back home with nothing done it’s ridiculous.
