If I could give this branch zero stars, I would I work in the customer service industry and I believe in trying to go above and beyond for any customer, but I am a bit disappointed on how my visit went today not what I expected, and I am the type of person that I do not write bad reviews But today just for trying to deposit a check, it felt like I was just being brushed away and I didn’t get any help. I went to a different Chase branch and in less than five minutes, they assisted me in the most perfect way ever.

One of the most embarrassing experiences I've had in my life. They restricted my account for lack of documentation. I took it to the branch and they were racist. The person who served the customer simply didn't want to serve me because I was Latino and because, according to him, I didn't speak Spanish. They didn't act with professionalism or respect. To the customer who comes to a bank for help with our money, which we work on every day with a lot of effort in this country. The service is very bad. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this branch. It shows a lack of respect for the people who take their money to this bank and they treat them that way.

Unfortunately if you have no other options you're out of luck. This branch has no clue what they are doing! If you need to do any beyond basic transactions DO NOT GO HERE. No clue what they are doing...A 3 day transaction is now 10 days and they never followed up with me and today I go in and they have no clue what happened so here we are starting over. If you are a business owner DO NOT use this branch. No accountability, very little knowledge about business transactions. If a senior manager sees this please respond. I will explain in details.

Wow, such 1 stars. I wonder why? In my case they needed some paperwork which I filled out and completed in the branch, but they did not process it. Said it would take 2 to 3 HOURS to process. Weird they don't process paperwork once completed. 4 days later here we are, still no account access. Where's the oversight and leadership at Chase?

I’ve been banking with Chase for over 15 years. I came to get a simple paper notarized and they refused me stating I needed to have an appointment. There were people sitting behind the desk with no visitors. ONE of them could’ve taken the time to see me. I’m very disappointed.

Today, August 13, 2024 at 10:30 am I had my appointment at the Chase bank and I had the worst treatment from the worker Greg Melanson, we arrived at the correct time and he made us wait, then he changed us with another worker without speaking anything In other words, he had very bad education, lack of ethics, lack of professionalism, I do not recommend him to anyone.

It's a shame how all day the drive up atm machines aren't working. So often they don't. Chase at thos location is slacking bad. Go inside and there's only 1 teller. Have to wait on a line. Doesn't make sense. Please if yoir not gonna have a drive up window with a teller working at least make sure your 2 atms are in working order.

Currently closing a business account. Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a bank. Everytime I come into this location they can’t help, and defer me to the app on my phone. Switching business accounts because they clearly don’t want the business.

2.2 overall rating is too good for this bank. We had a meeting at 3:30 with Greg Melanson. We come in and check in with the lady at the register, who tells to us to take a seat while Greg finishes his appointment. After 15 minutes, he finishes his meeting. He walks past us without saying anything and disappears for 15 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes, he walks over to us: " Are you here for 3:30?, Yeah that's not gonna happen you need to reschedule. I have a 4:30 coming soon." Thanks Greg for one of the worst customer service experience.
