I agree with Steve, i’m a long time Chico shopper and this is the worst experience. I’ve had. The staff was inattentive, I had about 15 things in my dressing room and no one once came to see if I needed help with sizes. I also carried my items around the store long before anyone asked me could they set up a dressing room for me. What’s happened to customer service in retail? I left without buying anything just to make a point. But I don’t think anyone really cares. Terrible!!

Love Chico’s clothing, and this is one of the larger stores so there’s a great selection in stock. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Visited Saturday June 9th for the first time. Beautiful store but rude, unattentive, disinterested staff. Both staff members had a condescending attitude. One complained to a customer about the store being too large for just 2 members of staff. I have been a Chicos shopper for 16 years and usually have an excellent experience with staff. I purchased 2 garments and the staff member didn't make eye contact once. She said she hoped to see me again but sounded like she was forcing herself to say it.

I’ve always loved Chico’s. I’ve shopped there for years. I went into the Chico’s at the Wire Grass Mall and I will be very reluctant to go back. My friend and I are 69 and don’t even look like the type of people who steal. We were assaulted by a saleswoman who never even let us walk from room to room. Every step we took she was right there, not even asking us if we needed help. She practically escorted us out. You’ve really sunken to a new low! I might also add the Black & Brown color scheme Chico’s has for new season clothing is bland!

Chico's has been a favorite of my wife since she shopped at first Chico's on Sanibel Island. This store is always in great order and the manager has helped us many times.

Chicos is always good with returns and the staff is always nice and helpful. Usually have a good clearance selection and good coupons to make clothing more affordable.
