Yvonne is a terrible manager. I went into the store recently after having a disappointing experience with Jenna who recommended the absolutely wrong hair products for my hair and now it is completely black. She showed zero remorse about the situation and didn’t even acknowledge me or the situation when I went to return the other items. The man that helped me acted like he was the manager but also not remorseful at all. As a professional myself this was a terrible experience with people who are supposed to know what they are talking about in the hair care field. She also tried to throw Chelsea under the bus in saying that she was the one that helped me make this choice when it indeed was not Chelsea. Chelsea was the only one that showed any empathy about the situation. Chelsea girl, they tried to put it all on you. Terrible management
